We first saw these books when Rosemary sat down and they were all vertical, but then when she gets the cup of tea the books in both shelves are slanting to the left. (02:11:20 - 02:13:20)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary gets back into the apartment and gets Elise Dunstan's phone number from the phone book inside her pocketbook. She leaves the pocketbook right next to the phone book but when Dr. Sapirstein comes in the with a sedative she tries get away across the bed and the pocketbook is no longer there. (01:55:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene after learning she was pregnant, Rosemary cooks herself a "blue" steak (barely seared on either side), yet when placed on the table, and she commences eating, the depth of heat penetration indicates "rare" - much more cooked than "blue". (00:59:00)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary tells Doctor Hill about Hutch and we get a chance to look at her wrist watch, which says 2:20. In the previous scene as she talks to Doctor Hill in the phone booth he tells her to meet him at his office at 8:00. (01:48:10)

Continuity mistake: In his office Dr. Hill tells Rosemary, "I don't believe in witchcraft" and in his close-up the clock and pictures of his kids below the diplomas move closer together between shots. (01:49:10)

Continuity mistake: Dr. Hill brings Rosemary into an examining room so she can rest, and closes the blinds before he leaves. As he walks out he shuts the light and in the next shot she lies down and the blinds are wide open again with light pouring in. (01:50:15)

Continuity mistake: The building manager lets them into the apartment and Rosemary and Guy stand in the hallway as he closes the door behind them. In the next shot Rosemary is already in the kitchen. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: As they are chasing her, Rosemary gets back into the apartment and looks up Elise Dunstan's phone number in her phone book. The last four digits of the phone number are 2012, but if you look at her as she's dialing, that's not the number she phones. (01:55:55)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary looks for her book "All Of Them Witches" and Guy replies, "Oh, I put it in the garbage" as she reaches around the bookcase. In the next shot she's touching a different book with her left hand. (01:35:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rosemary goes to visit Minnie to inform her she's going out for a while, she rings the doorbell, and we hear it chime. Later, at Minnie and Romans while everyone is gathered around the baby, another guest arrives, rings the doorbell, and it's a very different chime. (01:10:13 - 02:12:08)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary and Guy Joke around in their apartment after dinner with the Castevet's and Guy unbuttons and pulls his shirt out of his pants as he gets undressed. He walks off camera for few seconds and comes into view again with his shirt tucked back in his pants, only to take it off again a few seconds later. (00:29:30)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary talks to Terry Gionoffrio in the basement as they both do their laundry. She interrupts their conversation to put fabric softener into the machine and, if you listen closely, the washing machine is empty as she pours it in. (00:13:45)

Continuity mistake: Rosemary goes into labor and the pillowcase on her bed has flowers on it. In the next shot when she wakes up even though she's still wearing the same dress, the pillow cases are different now having yellow and white stripes. (01:58:50)

Continuity mistake: As she sits waiting for Dr. Sapirstein, Rosemary picks up a TIME Magazine with the cover story "Is God Dead" (April 8,1966) which has a red border and white lettering on top. In the next shot if you look very closely she's reading another magazine that has a red border and yellow lettering. (01:40:40)

Continuity mistake: There's no indication that Rosemary has been reading or even opened up her suitcase while she went from Dr. Sapirstein's office to Dr. Hill, but when she packed her suitcase the red book was on top, now in Doctor Hill's office she opens the suitcase and the red book is on the bottom. Continuity mistake: Dr. Hill brings Rosemary into an examining room and turns on the air conditioner so she can rest. Before he leaves we see outside the window and it's daylight, but two shots later we see out the window again and it's twilight. (01:50:20)

Continuity mistake: In their bedroom Rosemary packs her suitcase for the hospital visit, as Guy looks on. At first the window behind her is bathed in a bluish light than in the next shot the curtains are in white light. (01:23:45)

Continuity mistake: Minnie put something in the mousse that Rosemary ate and as she stumbles out of the kitchen John Cassavetes who is watching the pope at Yankee Stadium on TV, accidentally calls her Mia as he catches her before she falls. (00:41:40)

Continuity mistake: Dr. Sapirstein and Guy escort Rosemary out of Dr. Hill's office into a car waiting to take her back to The Bramford. As the car drives off there's nothing behind the backseat but in the next shot there are some folders and a box of Kleenex there. (01:53:20)

Continuity mistake: Minnie gives her the necklace with the tannis root inside and Rosemary holds the chain between her thumb and first two fingers. In the next shot the chain is draped over her fingers. (00:32:15)
