He is shown putting his briefcase of the table and lifting the "VK" machine out and onto the table. If you look closely, the "VK" machine is already on the table and Harrison Ford is miming the lifting - there is nothing in his hands! (00:19:45)

Deckard confronts Batty on the rooftop after Batty saved his life. Batty makes a great speech about life and then dies. Gaff lands on the roof and says that Deckard did a great job but that Rachael, as a replicant, doesn't have long to live. Deckard quickly returns home to find Rachael, still alive. As they leave, Deckard finds a origami unicorn, which meant Gaff had been there but spared Rachael's life. Rachael and Deckard get into the elevator.
