Other mistake: At the start of the film we see Gloria Chaney, the Hillards' neighbour, drop a rabbit at her feet and then shout 'shoo' at it whilst pushing it with a brush. If she had it in her hands, why didn't she just drop it outside of her garden, instead of at her feet, making her have to push it to get it out of her garden? (00:05:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Miranda walks into the house at the start, a light screen is reflected in her glasses. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: When Harvey Feirstein's character is talking on the telephone to his mother about Daniel's divorce, he says "I love you, too." You then hear her say "I love you" afterward. (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: When Miranda is introduced to Stu, the foam mustache on her lip differs between shots. (00:21:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Daniel is having a spaghetti dinner with Chris, Lydia and Natalie in his flat, you can see the equipment crew reflected in the picture frame before we see the family eating. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When Daniel is in the bathtub, speaking in a German accent while on the phone with Miranda, he asks her how many children she has. At this point Daniel's chest is clean. It then cuts to Miranda who says, "I have two girls and a boy." In the next shot, however, Daniel's chest is suddenly covered in bubbles. (00:28:30)

Revealing mistake: When we see Daniel look at the paper and get the name Doubtfire, the actual article is not related to the headline. The article is about public hearings on applications being once every six months. The headline is about an arson attack. (00:31:40)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mrs. Selner inspects Daniel's apartment after meeting Mrs. Doubtfire, Daniel is tidying up the place a bit. He picks up some articles of clothing, and then goes off to get his "sister". Before leaving down the hall, his pile of clothing is completely covered by a blue skirt or dress. But the next shot shows Daniel with a white article of clothing on top. (00:43:20)

Continuity mistake: Mrs. Stelner visits Mrs. Doubtfire's apartment. She is in front of a mirror and there are three separate pictures of the three children in a triangular position with Lydia at top left, Natalie below her and Chris to their right. Later on in the scene after Mrs. Doubtfire watches her mask get flattened by a truck, Mrs. Steiner is still standing by the mirror. Natalie's pic has been repositioned on top of Lydia's pic, so they are now reversed. The framed picture is also moved. (00:47:00)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen while Daniel is looking for a face, his robe is not closed completely at the top, but as soon as Mrs. Stelner enters, the robe is done all the way up and quite tightly. After the face cream in the coffee, Mrs. Doubtfire leaves but quickly sticks her head back in the kitchen and her robe is again loose at the top. (00:47:30)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the social worker is at Mr. Hillard's house and his so-called "sister" (Mrs. Doubtfire) is trying to find a face in the kitchen, one moment the wig is all messed up from being caught on the door. In the next scene, where she is looking in the fridge to find the face, her wig is perfectly in place. (00:47:40)

Continuity mistake: The cream on Mrs Doubtfire's face is constantly changing between shots. Note the patterns and drips. (00:48:20)

Continuity mistake: Daniel (disguised as Mrs Doubtfire) is cooking and knocks the cap of the pepperpot into the frying pan. In the following shot, Daniel hasn't removed the cap, but it's not there any more. (00:52:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. Doubtfire is cooking in the kitchen, sets her fake breasts on fire, then hits them with the pan lids to put them out, you can see the camera crew in the reflection of one of the pan lids. (00:53:30)
Revealing mistake: Mrs. Doubtfire sets herself on fire. When she jumps back and starts fighting the flames, it is obviously a stunt double as her face is longer. (00:53:45)
Suggested correction: If you look carefully, the face looks pretty much the same, as well as the voice.
The reason the voice was the same is that it was probably an audio dub, which is a voice recording over someone else's voice.
Factual error: In one scene, Mrs. Doubtfire pulls the symbol off of Stu's car. She shouldn't have been able to do that, since a cable connects the symbol to the inside of the car. (01:00:30)
Other mistake: When Chris sees Mrs. Doubtfire in the bathroom she is standing up and peeing, in costume. All the scenes where Daniel is putting the costume on shows that the fat suit is a body suit, in one piece, and there's no opening in the front. So he shouldn't have been able to pee without taking off the whole suit. (01:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When Chris and Lydia discover that Mrs. Doubtfire is really their father, he explains Uncle Frank's and Aunt Jack's part in it. When it cuts back to Lydia, she has a long length of hair down the front of her right shoulder, but in the next shot, when she says, "It's really you in there," the hair is suddenly behind her shoulder. (01:05:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When we see the tram just before the pool scene, if you look in the glasswork, you can see a reflection of people watching the filming take place. (01:14:15)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mrs. Doubtfire and the family go to the pool to meet with Stu, you see the same two women in bikinis cross in front of the gate a few times in less than a minute, always going in the same direction. (01:14:45)

Suggested correction: It was in place because at one point, Daniel even moved his wig and fixed it.
Wolf99
You must be confusing which part of the scene the mistake is talking about. Right before Daniel opens the fridge door, when he has the towel over his face, his wig is messed up, there's even a strand of hair hanging down. When we see from inside the fridge, the wig is perfect without Daniel touching his wig.
