Continuity mistake: During the train scene, Victoria's red hat is badly tucked, covering all of her face. In a closer angle, half a second later, it's perfectly fitted and her face is visible.
Continuity mistake: During the train scene, Victoria is on the berth with her legs bent behind her body. She changes position but a shot later she remains in the previous one. A couple seconds later she changes position again, shot changes and back to the previous mistake, again. Then for a third time she finally changes position, shot changes with finally no mistake, and she grabs the red hat.
Continuity mistake: After the trash falls on Bustopher he throws a lobster up the air. A shot later he's crouched and holding a fish spine and another shot later his arms are raised and he has a chicken in his hands.

Revealing mistake: When Bustopher sings "I'm a 25 pounder" he throws a lettuce leave away and it bounces like a cardboard prop instead of gliding like a real lettuce would do.
Continuity mistake: When Bustopher is pulled away from the trash can his face is close to the side with his arms normally stretched. When the angle swaps to a shot from below, his arms are over-stretched and his face is half a meter away from the side. Then it swaps back to the previous angle.
Continuity mistake: When Victoria, Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer are on bed spreading feathers all over the place, there are records on the left side that disappear briefly in one shot.
Continuity mistake: The distance between Jennyanydots and the yarn of wool increases/decreases randomly between shots, especially when she scratches her leg.
Answer: The issue wasn't about her hand looking human but, as you mentioned, that she was wearing her own ring, which was digitally removed in the revised version.
