There's Something About Mary

Deliberate mistake: The man kissing Cameron Diaz in that last shot (when the homeless guy shoots the drummer) is not Ben Stiller, noticeable by his much taller, slender figure. (01:52:40)

Deliberate mistake: When Ben Stiller gets done "cleaning the pipes", he looks around the bathroom for "the missing hair gel", he should have known where it was simply by his senses. Earlobes have feeling in them. He should have felt something wet on his earlobe. He also would have felt it dangling from his earlobe.

luchador

Continuity mistake: When Ben Stiller got his "frank and beans" caught in the zipper, the friendly police officer thought he would assist with the problem. He unbuttoned his sleeves and rolled them up, but then the next camera shot showed them buttoned up, and had to be rolled up again. (00:17:30)

Pat Healy: My real passion is my hobby.
Mary: Really, what's that?
Pat Healy: I work with retards.

Question: Ted's friend Dom knows a guy who can find Mary for him. Later on it's revealed that Dom is also Woogie, Mary's old boyfriend who got weird on her and is still obsessed with her. However, if Dom knew Healy could find Mary why didn't he use him himself to find Mary and stalk her again?

lionhead

Answer: Mary mentions to Dom that there was a restraining order against him, which was the first reason. But he also mentioned he spent 9 years in therapy sessions trying to get past their former relationship. This would suggest Dom hadn't considered trying to find Mary until Ted took the lead.
