Trivia: In the opening credits there's a hidden image of Wolverine's arms with his claws out. To add a meta level to it, there's an image of an actual Easter egg in place of Wolverine's head.

Trivia: It is portrayed that P.T. Barnum starts the circus while he is relatively young. However this was not the case. He was already 60 when he started his now famous circus.

Trivia: During The Other Side Phillip goes up to PT who is sat at the piano and goes to grab his shot glass from on top of the piano. However he misses the shot glass, has a quick glance and then grabs it. (00:37:30)

Trivia: Making a film based on P.T. Barnum had been a passion project for star Hugh Jackman for some years before it was finally made. Reportedly, what kept the film from being made sooner was the fact that most major studios were apprehensive about producing an original musical not based on a pre-existing film or stageplay.
