Audio problem: When Wendy and Jules are talking in the bathroom, two women walk by and say "Hi Leslie" and "Hi Les, how ya doing?" to Leslie. It is easy to see that their mouths do not move in sync with the words that are heard.

St. Elmo's Fire (1985)
1 audio problem
Directed by: Joel Schumacher
Starring: Demi Moore, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy
Continuity mistake: In the bar scene when Billy is playing the saxophone on stage, his wife enters the bar with her boyfriend. The saxophone music keeps playing after Billy starts glaring at them, even though Billy has stopped blowing air into the horn and is not pushing the horn's buttons.
Trivia: Ally Sheedy was mortified after learning that she had to perform a sex scene as she presumed that it would be offscreen and simply implied. Director Joel Schumacher convinced her to do it by agreeing to only shoot her and Andrew McCarthy from the neck up. Also the scene where she accidentally pushes the shower screen down was unscripted and McCarthy's laughing reaction was genuine.
