Continuity mistake: Roland crumbles up Jake's drawing and stuffs it in his jacket, but when he takes it out again, it's neatly folded.
Roland Deschain: Do they have guns and bullets in your world?
Jake Chambers: You're gonna like Earth. A lot.
Trivia: At the scene where Jake and Roland are walking through the rusty theme park in Midworld, there is a huge sign saying "PENNYWISE", the name of the demon clown from "It", also by Stephen King.
Question: Why doesn't the teacher at Jake's school punish the bully for teasing Jake?
Answer: All the bully really did was take the book out of Jake's hand and Jake violently assaulted him in retaliation. Jake's action was much worse. Also, we are never actually shown what punishment the bully received, he very well could have been punished in some way that was never mentioned.
Suggested correction: He doesn't crumple it up, he folds it. Though he does stuff it roughly into his jacket.
