Continuity mistake: In the long shot Stan is at the top of the steps singing 'there's a bunch' and you see him wobble down the steps, it then cuts to a close up and Stan is back at the top of the steps singing 'of birds in the sky' as he wobbles down the steps again. (00:00:30)
Continuity mistake: Stan asks his mum for money to go see the new T+P film. Through the door you can see the Post Office directly oposite. However, in the shot of him looking at the town earlier there is nothing opposite the Post Office. (00:00:50)
Continuity mistake: Stan has nothing in his hand when he goes into Tom' Rhinoplasty, however when he walks in he has the advert for the new film. (00:01:10)

Continuity mistake: Stan asks his mum for some money to see a movie and his mum puts a pencil down on the table. Yet when she gives Stan the money, the pencil is much shorter. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: When Stan goes to Kenny's house, there is a fridge next to it on the left hand side. By the time he knocks on the door the fridge has disappeared. The fridge then reappears when Stan and Kenny leave the house. (00:01:45)
Continuity mistake: When Stan knocks at Kenny's, Kenny goes to put his orange hooded coat on, and as he pulls it on his orange shorts appear on him, although he never put them on. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: When Stan is standing in Kenny's doorway as Kenny walks up to him, between shots Stan goes from holding the newspaper clipping at the side to at the top. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: When Kenny and Stan pass in front of the church, the doors are closed but they're opened the shot later, when Kenny sings. They're closed again after that. (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: When we see the outside of Kyle's house, the doorknob is on the right of the door. When we see the inside of the house, the doorknob is still on the right. Do the Broflovskis have a magic door? (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: When Shelia is singing inside the house, she is looking out the window and there are no curtains, yet in the next shot indoors there are curtains hanging in the window. (00:02:55)
Continuity mistake: When we first see Eric he is holding his Cheesy Poofs with his left hand and grabbing some with his right hand. Camera cuts and he isn't holding them and his left hand is at his mouth. (00:03:10)
Continuity mistake: When the five boys are walking to the movies, between shots Ike goes from being behind, to in front, then back to behind the others. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: When the children shows the newspaper to Eric, he has nothing in his hands but he gets yellow gloves when he jumps happily. (00:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When Cartman, Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Ike are walking to Bijou, the four are walking together in a horizontal line with Ike behind them. But in the next shot it is a vertical line. Then goes back to a horizontal line. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: When looking across from Tom's Rhinoplastry you can see the Post Office, and when you look across from the cinema you can see Tom's Rhinoplastry. This would suggest that the Post Office and the cinema are right next to each other, but in any shots showing the front of the cinema, the Post Office is nowhere near it. (00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When we first see the boys in the movies, Stan has a green drink in his left hand. Then in a closeup the drink isn't there, then in the following wide shot, it's back again. (00:04:45)
Continuity mistake: In the cinema hall, when we see the South Park kids before the movie starts, you can see what looks like a baby, who we can presume is Kyle's baby brother, sitting next to him to his right. However, at the part in 'Asses Of Fire' where Terrence and Philip are having a farting competition with a traffic police and after a couple left the cinema in disgust, the camera cuts back to the gang but the baby has disappeared. After the gang leaves the cinema 3 hours later, the baby reappears and is seen dangling on Kyle's arm. (00:04:50)
Continuity mistake: The first time the South Park boys see the Terrance and Philip movie, their order in their movie theater seats is (from left) Kyle, Stan, Eric, and Kenny. After a couple leave, saying "Well, what do you expect, they're Canadian", a shot from behind shows that Stan and Eric have switched places. In other shots they're in the original positions. Continuity mistake: In the movie theatre, the kids' heads are below the back of the seats. However from the back view, their heads are above the seats. (00:05:40)
Answer: Some versions of the film (VHS in Australia for one) contain the reference to the letter. Terrance: "Well, f*** my a** and call me a b**ch. I just got a letter." Phillip: "A letter from who, you sh**-sucking co**master?" Terrance: "It's from your mother." Phillip: "My mother sent YOU a letter? What's it say?" "Terrance: It says, 'Dear Terrance, please don't ever tell my son that I licked your hairy b***s.'"
