Continuity mistake: In the cinema hall, when we see the South Park kids before the movie starts, you can see Kyle's baby brother Ike, sitting next to him to his right. However, at the part in "Asses of Fire" where Terrence and Philip are having a farting competition with a traffic police and after a couple left the cinema in disgust, the camera cuts back to the gang, but Ike has disappeared. After the gang leaves the cinema 3 hours later, Ike reappears and is dangling on Kyle's arm. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Indiana pushes the Nazi colonel out of an open window, if you look carefully, the colonel fell a few metres out of the zeppelin before landing on a pile of suitcases, but when the colonel looks up, the zeppelin is several hundred metres above him, in too short a time to ascend that much.

Continuity mistake: In the freeway chase scene, look carefully at the Ducati carrier truck. After the truck's driver's body is taken over by one of the Agents and the camera shows the outside of the truck, you can see that it is a completely different truck, carrying a red shipping container instead of the motorbikes.

Revealing mistake: In the freeway chase scene, look carefully at the interior of the cars that get flipped over by the Agents and the Twins. All of them are completely empty, meaning that either they are remotely controlled or they are simply towed by a hidden vehicle. This is most obvious when they are flipping in slow-motion.

Continuity mistake: When the camera shows the underside of Pi's makeshift raft, the lifeboat mysteriously disappears, yet when the camera reaches the surface, the lifeboat is visible.

Factual error: On the isolated island, the meerkats stood up and see Richard Parker and then Richard happily eats some of them while the others watch. Meerkats would run away when they sense, hear or see a nearby predator.
Suggested correction: The reason for this is explained in the book. It's because the island is so peaceful they have no reason to fear predators.

Revealing mistake: When Matilda telepathically makes the TV explode, you can see what looks like parts of an explosive hidden behind the screen.
Suggested correction: Clearly no sign of it.
Suggested correction: When the TV set explodes, it's a close-up of the screen and no device is seen. When it changes to a wider shot of the actual explosion, the glass breaks and some components of the TV set are shown. There is no way to distinguish between what is a component and what is, as you say, an explosive.
Suggested correction: There is no view of the explosive.
