Character mistake: Twice over in the movie (when Healy wakes up and when March at the end of the movie drives to his place) billboards for The Comedy Store appear. Factual error: The movie takes place in 1977. A boy tells his father he is playing PacMan, which came out in 1980. Then we see a cabinet of Ms. Pacman, which came out in 1982.

Trivia: The line "he'll stop doing it" "stop doing what?" followed by violence was used almost identically in Iron Man 3, also written and directed by Shane Black.
