Continuity mistake: When Elmer sends the balloon with a stick of dynamite up the chimney, the lighted end of the stick is pointing to the right. But when the balloon reaches the gophers, it is now pointing to the left.

Continuity mistake: When the gophers are looking at the chest of drawers at the antique shop, the wall is plain but in the next shot there are planks of wood on it.

Continuity mistake: When the first gopher approaches the second gopher at the start of the cartoon, the gopher is holding some acorns and on the ground beside him is an acorn and some leaves. But when we see a close-up of the gopher in the next shot, the leaves have gone.

Continuity mistake: When we first see the blue chest of drawers that Elmer is going to buy at the antique shop, you can see there is nothing on the wall and there is also nothing next to it. But when the two gophers go and see the chest of drawers, a mirror is now on the wall and a green stool is next to the drawers.

Continuity mistake: When we first see the chest of drawers at the antique shop, it has five drawers, but when it is placed at Elmer Fudd's house, it now has four drawers.

Continuity mistake: When the Gophers hear Elmer Fudd and the furniture salesman coming, they hide in the bottom drawer, but when Elmer drives home, the Gophers are now hiding in the second drawer down.
