Plot hole: Any strike on a military facility by incoming aircraft would first take out the SAM sites with missiles to clear the way for said aircraft to operate freely. After all, the Tomahawks fly right past the attacking planes and take out the runway with no issues at all - no reason they couldn't hit the high and exposed SAMs.
Plot hole: Sam sent a post card from the church where the keys are used. But Sam was captured moments after locating the book that gives the clue about the church, and would never have had a chance to go there.
Plot hole: Vulture was able to re-create his suit despite the tech for it being confiscated when he was arrested. Also, the tech does not exist in the Venomverse, so he would have had no means of accessing it by any stretch of the imagination.
Plot hole: Zeus reassures the vast audience of deities in Omnipotent City that the God Butcherer won't reach Eternity, an omnipotent being that will grant one wish to the first person ever to reach it. This knowledge is fairly trivial amongst deities. This introduces the obvious absurdity that nobody ever tried to make use of this power to undo Thanos' damage. Also, Zeus just happens to know the bad guy's plan out of the blue.
Plot hole: Miles explains the presence of the white bracelets that the Efficient Man slapped on their wrists as biorhythm monitors that act as keys for their room, each assigned to a chakra. Blanc's presence was not expected or announced, but not only Ethan Hawke had an unexplained spare bracelet, but he is also assigned a room, when there are 7 chakras and he brings the guest count to 8. It should also be noted that supposedly they are the "key" to each room, and yet Andi comes and goes from them as it pleases her (ironically the very sort of mistake that birthed the term "Fridge logic") and nobody wears them for the rest of the movie at all because the gag ran its course.
Plot hole: The incantation for Magicae Maxima must be repeated 7 times without making a mistake, or they have to start over. Winnie says the spell wrong but the spell works anyways. The first time she says it (with Book), Winnie says "From North, the East, the South, the West," but the last time she says it (without Book), she says "From North, South, East and West" (not in the right order).
Plot hole: This adaptation further exacerbates the problem of previous movie and TV versions; in the novel, Jackie would make the female designated witness talk over and over pretending also to get drunk after Linnet left to go to bed. In the Ustinov version it happened too, but the diversion didn't seem to last more than a couple minutes. Same in the Suchet version. Here, Simon even provokes Jackie practically the moment his wife exits the room. There's no time whatsoever for her to change and get in bed, let alone fall asleep.
Plot hole: During the shootout with Penguin and his gang at the warehouse Batman gets shot and falls to the ground. Penguin then creeps over to the spot he fell and realises he has disappeared and is in his car behind him. It is totally impossible for Batman to just disappear and get behind them without being seen, no matter the rain or firefight, that place was lighted enough and everybody was looking that way. Plot hole: At the end of the film, we see Nick Fowler is now in the job originally held by Larry Marks before he was killed. We know Larry was corrupt and that he admitted in front of numerous agents that he had identified Nick's body. Surely, there is no way the CIA would allow Nick back, let alone in a leadership role, without questioning why Larry would lie about Nick being dead. That alone would raise serious suspicions about them both, but we're expected to believe he walked right back in?
Plot hole: When Cage and his wife and mates are going to the FBI safehouse the FBI agent shoots 2 baddies two separate times whilst Cage etc. are ascending the stairs, yet they don't hear the gunshots.
Plot hole: The prosecuting attorney told William, "We've got no video, no photos, no eyewitness except you" and, "Your biggest problem is there is no gun... This case is so paper thin the judge's probably gonna throw it out, and Danny Fetter is gonna be back on the streets... Basically, it's your word against him." William correctly replied, "That's bullshit..." There would still be enough circumstantial evidence (e.g, gunpowder residue, offender placed at the crime scene) to acquire a conviction. Plot hole: The way Naru defeats the Predator at the end is extremely contrived and unrealistic. For one, she figured out how the laser-guided bolt gun worked just by seeing the bolt follow the laser one time before. She somehow knew not only exactly where the Predator would be in the mud, but where he would stand and have the laser aimed exactly at his head. And somehow the laser turned on exactly when she needed it to. And also, the Predator had several seconds to duck once he realised. It should not work. (01:26:40)
Plot hole: Seventeen-year-old Jane knew they went to the house to "strip it" (cabinetry, hardware, etc). After removing a chandelier, Jane went into another room and, for no legitimate reason, used a sledgehammer and made a hole in the wall. There just happened to be a stash of money easily accessible via the hole, which was half-way up the wall. (00:26:14)
Plot hole: Police Commissioner Clarke told arrestee Savage he could do 10 years hard time for armed robbery or "go inside Degnan [Correctional Institute] and get me what I want [evidence of civil rights violations]." Savage had not even been officially charged with any crime (s). A police commissioner does not determine what an arrestee will be convicted of or how much time will be served upon conviction. The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice investigates civil rights violations. (00:06:53)
Plot hole: After sending the offensive message to his students, Charlie got on-line with them (within hours or the same day?) and said, "Well, your complaints have been heard. I've been replaced..." IF an on-line college instructor could be terminated and replaced as quickly as Charlie was, it would follow that he would no longer be able to access the on-line course to communicate with the students like he did. Suggested correction: I think this is based on too much assumption. Any sort-of ban would likely be entire dependent on whatever system they're using for their online class. And it's entirely plausible he'd still be able to access his account mere hours later, even if the call has already been made to replace him.
I worked for the Defence department in Australia and it was a running gag that eighteen months after I had left my online access to my account was still open, allowing me access to highly classified documentation, including emails. Mistakes happen.
Plot hole: Mike carried Sophie into the hospital and walked through the halls yelling, "I need a doctor" until he ran into Sophie's Dr. Thomas. Sophie was put on a cot and rolled into a room where Dr. Thomas immediately began examining her. Mike completely by-passed registration, triage, etc, which wouldn't be tolerated at an emergency room. Emergency rooms are highly likely/almost always back-logged with patients, many with urgent conditions yet still might wait hours to be seen by a doctor or nurse. (00:06:45 - 00:07:20)
Plot hole: On Christmas morning, Karen went to the grocery store (open on Christmas!) where she donated $5,000 via credit card to the "Homeless Mother Shelter." Hours later, the $5,000 already showed up on Chris' laptop as deposited into the shelter's account. It takes days, not hours, for credit card transactions to be processed - especially if the transaction occurs on a holiday. (01:14:10 - 01:23:20)
Plot hole: Detective Knight's law enforcement jurisdiction lies within L.A. county (with limited exceptions, such as "hot pursuit"). It is absurd that he would be given permission, transportation, time away from L.A. duties, funds, etc. to go to New York - outside of his geographical jurisdiction - to continue an "investigation" based on a hunch about the robbers' identities.
Suggested correction: The idea was to use the tomahawks to take out the airfield and prevent enemy planes from taking off. The SAMs could be evaded by flying through the canyon so the airfield was considered a higher priority target.

While that may be so, those planes exit would have a difficult time out running and avoiding that many SAMs. It's not like the ship wouldn't have enough tomahawks to take out the SAMs as well.
Taking out the airfield was deemed necessary to complete the mission, taking out SAMs beyond the canyon was not. The original plan didn't take into account the pilots surviving the mission in the first place, so the Navy didn't bother with extra strikes on SAM sites. Maverick had to struggle to get them to approve this plan in the first place too, so he wouldn't be able to convince them to put even more effort into it.
