Factual error: During the performance by Sweden there are 7 people on stage, meaning this entry would be disqualified due to the rules of the contest which state no more than 6 people are allowed on stage.
Deliberate mistake: When the kids are about to jump start the trap Phoebe hides behind the school bus door. Half a second later, when the trap opens, she's nowhere to be seen, not even jumping or stepping inside the bus. Then half a second later she has managed to get inside, turn around and protect her head while the bus windows burst. It all happens in real time for their hairs are still fluttering. It sure paces up the scene, but it's really awkward.
Character mistake: The Rufus hologram states that he first brought the phone booth to the Chosen Ones (Bill and Ted) in 1989, referencing events of the original film. While that was the year the first movie came out, it took place in 1988 (indicated by the opening title card and dialogue throughout the movie).
Continuity mistake: At the arena, when Scooby's blue suit bursts, the ground is covered in small blue pieces that disappear in the following shots.
Factual error: The Corvette owned by Bentwood is not a Z06 as shown in the movie. It is a 2014 C7 Stingray and can be identified by the Stingray logo on the side of the car.
Other mistake: In The Croods, Guy was handing out bananas and gave one to Grug, which he threw away. But in this film, he does everything to get this mystical fruit that he hasn't had since his childhood.
Continuity mistake: The girl that wanted her bully in high school to be tortured filmed the torturing with an iPhone XR then was later holding an iPhone X before the movie ended.
Continuity mistake: Look at the forehead of the hotel manager. Everytime he raises his eyebrows, you can see his prosthetic forehead piece.
Other mistake: The email that starts it all for Sid Straw, the announcement from the University of Pennsylvania that he has been chosen to serve on the reunion planning committee, starts off with a nonsensical sentence that no one from U Penn would have ever typed. It's obviously the product of a studio runner whose work no one bothered to proofread. (00:01:15)
Revealing mistake: During the dance number in the airport, Santa grabs a security guard who then starts break dancing. It's obvious this dancer is a stunt double as he's younger and skinnier than the real guard.
Continuity mistake: When Marcus sees his baby grandson, a nurse in the background is picking up a white diaper. In the close-up the diaper is now blue.
Other mistake: Vaughn was sleeping in the back seat of the van with his head leaning on Gina's shoulder. When the collision occurred, his body somehow straightened up and went head first between the front bucket seats, through the front windshield, and he was ejected/killed. Based on his sleeping position in the van, he should have rolled forward and been kept in the back seat by hitting the front seats. A sleeping person is also less likely to be injured/killed because the body doesn't stiffen preparing for impact. If the accident actually happened as portrayed in the movie, Vaughn's body should have had visible cuts and be covered in blood, not just have a small amount of blood coming out of the side of his mouth. Continuity mistake: Tim is showing the Nanny's phone to the others. He plays the message from his parents, but does it tapping the bottom part of the touchscreen, while the media file and its "play" button as established in previous views, is at the top. Likewise, when he turns towards Jane asking "Do you want to be taken care of?" he is pointing at the bottom of the device, but in the reverse shot his finger is at the top. (00:43:30)
Other mistake: Dolittle starts with a voiceover narrative explaining how Dr Dolittle was deeply in love with a beautiful woman called Lily. On an ocean voyage Lily disappeared and was presumed dead. Dr Dolittle never got over Lily's loss. As a child I recall reading all of Hugh Lofting's Dr Dolittle books (now generally castigated for political incorrectness) and I am 100% certain that Dr Dolittle was unmarried, and never once had the slightest romantic inclinations towards any woman.
Other mistake: The rectangular area of skin cut from the dead deer's rear side was not wide enough (or at the correct angle) to encompass the killer's entire bloody hand print; it would have missed the "pinky" finger (and possibly the tips of the second, third, and fourth fingers). Because the fingers were spread out, a shape more like an inverted isosceles trapezoid (or a much wider rectangle) would have been necessary. (00:42:52 - 00:44:09)
Continuity mistake: David Spade just sat down with the prankster blind date. When she (kinda accurately) says "By the way, the age thing..." his hand in a blink goes from the table to the back of the couch. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: After the scavenger hunt goes live, Jennifer follows it with her grandmother Sue and Aidan does so with his niece Emma. Aidan looks at the photos of participants and sees one of Jennifer and Sue at the art class, and right below is one of him holding Emma with the carollers in the background. Immediately after that, he picks up Emma in front of the carollers and takes the photo he had already been looking at.
Continuity mistake: First argument. Leilani shouts "Why are you being so loud right now?", with a hand behind her neck. She does not start the next shot in that position, she puts her hand there only a second later. (00:04:05)
Continuity mistake: When they lock Tommy in the port-a-potty, they put a sign on the door. The sign is crooked when he keys go off it. In the next cut, the sign is straight. (00:12:30)
Suggested correction: As one of the principal developers of the simulation engine, Millie recognizes that Guy is a non-player character (NPC) who merely obeys a loop of coded actions, and he's supposedly incapable of acting outside of his code. So, she means that NPCs can't just arbitrarily kiss players. Players can do whatever they want, but NPCs are mindless robots. At that point, however, she doesn't realise that Guy's Artificial Intelligence has evolved to independent self-awareness, allowing him to act outside of his code.

Key's actually says "There isn't a button for that" when Millie brings it up. There would be no way for her to initiate, as her in game actions would be limited to the controls offered.
By the time Millie kisses Guy, we know that the Free City simulation engine was already undergoing Artificial Intelligence evolution, essentially rewriting its own code, allowing Guy (and other NPCs) to achieve independent self-awareness. It follows that Free City was probably rewriting its player code, as well, making all sorts of new and startling functions possible for players and NPCs alike.
