In the next shot her arms are down and in the following shot she's holding the microphone without ever having a chance to pick it up.

Continuity mistake: After Thomas pours Juliana and himself a glass of milk, the position of Juliana's glass moves without her touching it a few times between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Kirsten and Fisher are talking, Kirsten is picking up and holding various Christmas items. When Fisher says he's not the best person to give relationship advice, there's shot of Kirsten and you can tell she's not holding anything. In the next shot her arms are full again.

Continuity mistake: After Naomi apologizes to Cyn for hitting him on the head, in the shot facing Naomi she reaches for Cyn's brandy with her right arm extended, but next shot it's her left arm extended. Continuity mistake: When the "Mole Women" are being interviewed on the "Today Show", watch the white circular table in front of them and the couch they are sitting on. The host has a small smattering of papers and a pair of glasses sitting besides him at the beginning of the scene. Throughout the scene, he will sometimes be holding the glasses and using them to gesture, sometimes not. And the papers move about from the couch, to the table, to another position on the table, etc. True, there are several shots where they are not visible, but it would make no logical sense for him to repeatedly pick up and move them between every shot where they're visible for no reason, and he is sitting in the exact same position in every shot, with his body language showing no movement towards them. They obviously shot the scene a few different times and he placed them down in different positions each time, and the scene was constructed with these different shots.
Episode #2.1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: After John finishes arguing with the cyclist, the cyclist goes to remove his bottle from the roof of John's car and John starts driving, pulling the cyclist along with him a few feet. When John and Kayleigh are watching the video of this later on in the episode, the cyclist is shown removing the bottle from the roof of the car when John drives away, but he is not shown being pulled forward a few feet like he was earlier.
Continuity mistake: Inspector Bucket looks at the wallet Compeyson has placed on bar. The letter M has a few studs missing at top left. Later, when Bucket shows the wallet to Fagin, the M is complete. (00:18:25 - 00:21:50)
