Continuity mistake: When Ilana goes to flag down a New York City taxicab on the street, there is a Honda Civic parked behind her with a yellow New York license plate. After the camera pans the opposite direction to show an approaching taxicab, it pans back to Ilana and the same Honda Civic - now sporting a different white New York license plate. (04:40:00)
Factual error: At both funerals, everyone wears combat dress. Soldiers wear service dress (formal uniform tunic and trousers with collar and tie) to funerals. In fact, combat dress is all anyone ever wears in the series. The British Army has a variety of different uniforms. Combat dress is not worn all the time, especially not by officers or senior NCOs.
Continuity mistake: When Jake is introducing himself, he offers a handshake, then in a shot from behind him, hand still extended, he says "OK, you're more of a high five girl", cuts back to the front and his hand is now held up high. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: Hen Ivy calls the actual Ran in disguise "Ran-san", Saki is pointing the camera at her in one shot, and his arm is all the way down his side in the next. (00:09:25)
Factual error: Congressman Tate and his brother are on the shooting range. They are wearing high-tech electronic earmuffs that block harmful noise like gunfire while amplifying speech and other low-volume sounds. Although, they are wearing high-tech earmuffs, they both have an ear exposed so they can hear each other talk. (00:13:00)

Other mistake: The publican asks for payment for some drinks, saying "One and six, please", meaning one shilling and sixpence. The subtitles say "One-o-six, please."
Continuity mistake: Xiomara is unloading groceries. When she is from the front, she is holding an onion. When the shot cuts to the side, she is holding a mango. (00:07:12)

Visible crew/equipment: When Stanley is riding the kart in the race, the shadow of the camera equipment is briefly visible bottom right, just before the kart starts to fall apart.
