Into the Storm picture

Factual error: What kind of small American town has an airport that has 6 jumbo jets sitting on the runway? I mean, I think Dallas is the closest airport in the region that would have 4 engine 747s at the ready. Topeka, Oklahoma city, etc. commercial airports could barely handle one 747, let alone 5-6.

Annabelle picture

Factual error: The movie depicted the use of obstetrical ultrasound. While ultrasound was first "perfected" in the late 1950s, it wasn't used in British hospitals until the 1970s and not in US hospitals until well into the 1970s, well past the setting of the movie in the 1960s.

X-Men: Days of Future Past picture

Factual error: When Magneto enters RFK stadium, a groundskeeper is lining a baseball field. RFK stadium did not host baseball in 1973, as the Washington Senators had moved to Texas to become the Texas Rangers after the 1971 season. In 1973, the only team playing in RFK regularly was the Washington Redskins of the NFL. In addition, the Paris Peace Accords were signed in January of 1973; so there wouldn't be green grass inside the stadium, regardless of what sports were being played there.

Non-Stop picture

Factual error: During the final fight, Liam Neeson jumps down an aisle to pick up the pistol that is hurled from the floor upwards in the air and shoots the villain in the head. The problem here is with physics. The plane was in radical descent moments before. The pilot eventually brings up the nose. At that moment, the gun and Liam Neeson himself would have been pinned to the floor.

Tammy picture

Factual error: Tammy hits a buck with her car, which has polished antlers. The next day her and her grandmother are in the woods, and they see another buck, whose antlers aren't fully developed, still in velvet. These two scenes would have to be several months apart for antlers to be that different.

Suggested correction: I watched the scene and it looks like it's filling up the way it should. It's looks similar to the way a car fills up after being submerged with the windows open.

Bishop73

Not true, water is still filling up the car way too slow for an opening like this. The car should be filled up immediately.

You're wrong thinking it would fill up immediately. But even so, it fills up in about 10 seconds (even less if the shot of it filling up is meant to be a simultaneous shot and not continuous).

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 picture

Factual error: Towards the end of the film, Spiderman takes his web and uses it to connect to the different power conduits that Electro blew open, ties them together, and power the city back up. Electricity uses several different wires, and crossing them would cause things to blow up or short out. What should have happened when Gwen threw the switch was another power failure, instead of the city's power being restored.
