Continuity mistake: During the chase scene on the bridge involving the tank, two cars (silver Toyota Corolla hatchback, licence NE34 12 and a black VW Bora, licence NU67 67) appear during many shots, often travelling in different directions on the bridge and either ahead or behind the chase.
Continuity mistake: When Teresa is yelling and hitting Jordan because he cheated on her with the blonde girl in the limo, the car disappears and reappears between shots. (01:00:35)
Continuity mistake: When Sandy takes a taxi and goes to Diane's house, as he is arguing with her, the sweat pattern on his shirt changes several times as the scene switches from him to her and back.
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Holly is done injecting Anna with the syringe and stands up to shoot at Detective Loki, the syringe and two "medicine/poison" bottles are all close together next to Anna's hair. Next three shots showing the room far out with Holly getting shot and killed has the two bottles next to the edge of the rug and very far from Anna's hair, as well as the syringe which is slightly closer, but far away. The next shot of Loki picking up Anna has the syringe and bottles in their original position next to Anna's hair.
Continuity mistake: As Dylan and Fuller approach the Horsemen's apartment, there is a close-up of the apartment door's doorknob that shows the door is only open a few inches. From a low angle of Dylan opening the door, the door is now open almost halfway. (01:16:25)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Yuri's daughter is getting away from the hotel, the color of the chopper changes from green to brown between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Frank brings a suitcase with a bomb on the plane where Bailey is pointing a gun at Sarah, he puts the suitcase on a table. When Frank drops his gun, the table is empty. The suitcase reappears a second later when Sarah goes to Frank.
Continuity mistake: While Shannon and Sarah are speaking to Robin, two people (a blond white guy and a black guy with a blue satchel) pass by the trio twice.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Papi is in the back of the white Fodge driven by Stig, the Ford Bronco driven by Bobby crashes into Stig's white Dodge twice - both headlights are smashed out. Once the Bronco goes into the ditch and comes back out, the passenger side headlight isn't broken.
Continuity mistake: When Dave is shot by Mindy while training, there are two bullet holes in his jacket when he has only been shot once at that point.
Continuity mistake: Bobby takes their red Charger and plows it through a locked gate. You see in the close up a lock on the chain, but it cuts to a further shot just as the car hits the gate and the lock is in a different position for the brief moment it can be seen. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: The Counselor's watchband during the long phone call about choices, fate, and grief with Jefe changes the direction in which it is latched several times throughout the scene. It is quite prominent because it is on the arm he is using to hold the phone. (01:35:00 - 01:40:00)
Continuity mistake: When Ray drives through the fields, the headrests inside the Camaro ZL1 show SS instead of ZL1. (01:22:10)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Selena Gomez and Ethan Hawke were driving through the train station being chased by the last of the thugs on a bike, she says 'look out', and shortly after that, the side mirror on the passenger side of the car was knocked of when the car scrapped against the side walk and was shown in several shots following that to have been detached from the car. But subsequently after the chase was over, the side mirror magically reappears, attached to the car.
Continuity mistake: Billy Taggart gets invited to Mayor Hostetler's office. You see as soon as they sit down that there is a grey/black blanket with a pattern next to Russell Crowe. From this point the blanket changes in shape each time. And suddenly after a couple times back and forth shots between them, the blanket is beige/white. Than finally they switch again and it becomes the first blanket again. (00:18:40 - 00:20:10)
Continuity mistake: When the squad arrives at the hotel to arrest Mickey, they are on the street with two cars behind them, but in the upper view those cars disappear. (01:33:25)
Continuity mistake: The Sheriff and Leslie have an exchange in a coffee shop. As she walks past him, he says "How's the ex? You hear from him?" While saying this, his head turns to his right as he watches her go by and he is level. The shot changes to a closer one at a side angle and suddenly he is looking down at his plate. (00:42:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Terrence Howard is questioning Colin Farrell his right hand first appears with a ring and watch, later in the scene it appears on his left. (01:08:25)
Continuity mistake: When Oscar is on the phone to learn about the location of the job interview in the warehouse district, the paper that was on top of the payphone jumps suddenly in the hand that holds the receiver to his ear, with the phone call already being over. (00:22:25)
Continuity mistake: After stabbing the bad guy at the beginning, Callahan for some reason pulls back and somehow dives past a door managing to drag in a grown woman who was all crouched down by the entrance. Wonky physics of it aside, the bad guy shoot at him, but shoots just a hole in the door frame. The hole appears to be CGI, and in fact when Callahan shoots back from the bedroom, the hole is gone.
