There's a plastic cup on the flush tank; in one of the scenes, in between others, the cup is suddenly in a different spot on the tank (more to the right) and the straw is tilted the opposite way than before. Continuity mistake: The protagonist is told about the budget cuts that will lead to the library shutting down. During the scene, the strap of his hat keeps going back and forth in front / behind his ear. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: After stabbing the bad guy at the beginning, Callahan for some reason pulls back and somehow dives past a door managing to drag in a grown woman who was all crouched down by the entrance. Wonky physics of it aside, the bad guy shoot at him, but shoots just a hole in the door frame. The hole appears to be CGI, and in fact when Callahan shoots back from the bedroom, the hole is gone. Continuity mistake: Shernobi is arguing about the wedding holding the goat hostage, hand on the animal's left side. When the man asks "What does this goat have to do with weddings? Can it dance?" Shernobi is holding it by the right front leg. (00:06:05)
Continuity mistake: Jen unboxes the stuff she grabbed from the basement where she spotted the railroad tracks. She picks up a large vase which she shows to her business partner; the hand at the bottom is the vase is the left or the right one depending on the camera angle. (00:10:40)
Continuity mistake: When Swifty is calming the horse, and the scrap dealer exclaims, "He's fast!", Swifty has his face pressed against the horse's nose; in the cut to the long shot, Swifty is suddenly facing the horse, looking up at it. (00:25:00)
Continuity mistake: In "China", when the trackers and the hunters are walking through the forest at night, between shots, the group goes from five people to four people back to five people. (00:30:46)
Continuity mistake: When Billy pulled the medallion out of the ground, part of the cloth covering it was hanging past his hand, but when he blew dirt off the cloth, the cloth was compactly covering the medallion. Also, the cloth should have had more than some loose dirt on it and the medallion - after buried in the ground for 200 years - should have been dirty and tarnished, not clean. (A cloth covering the medallion would not protect it from soaking rains). (00:23:35)
Continuity mistake: The layout of the two slices of pizza on the tray and the position of Tyler's fork on his plate differ after Matt reaches the table. The slices of pizza are touching, then spread apart like a "V." Tyler's fork moves from being diagonally across his plate with tines facing him to being situated near the edge of the plate with tines facing Jessica. (00:13:19)
