Character mistake: Kendall signs Mr. Bitters' shirt with his own initials "KS", but his character's initials are "KK" for Kendall Knight. (00:02:45)

Custody Law and Eastern European Diplomacy - S2-E18
Character mistake: Annie when giving her gifts is holding two little mini flags to cover the possible ethnicity of Shirley's baby. One is a Chinese flag and the other is Zimbabwe. Annie makes reference to the fact that the ethnic food she made is one from Ghana. She makes Ghana ethnic food but does not get the right flag for Ghana. She decorates the table with numerous flags which are also Zimbabwe.
Article Two - S5-E19
Character mistake: During Garth's Filibuster, the Marvel characters come into the Star Wars universe because Thanos is using the Infinity Gauntlet's Reality Gem to cross realities. The gem allows the wielder of the Gauntlet to MOLD reality to his desire, but an Infinity Gauntlet does not work outside it's home universe/dimension, so Thanos wouldn't be able to "jump from different realities" with it. Someone that well-versed in the Marvel Comics universe would know this.
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Character mistake: DS Miles while in the chocolate shop tells Ana to go with "DCI Riley." Riley has the rank of DC, not DCI.
Character mistake: When Sue and her opponent switch sides right before her opponent smashes her racket, the score in games is 5-1. In tennis, you only switch sides when the sum of games is an odd number (4-3, 5-2, 1-0) for example.
Harder, Better, Faster, Browner - S2-E1
Character mistake: 21 seconds pass between the time they start to write a song and Kenny says "Done". Cleveland then says it was 15 seconds when it was 21 seconds. (00:11:05)
Character mistake: When the private investigator shows Castle and Beckett the VIP Liaisons website, "Liaison" is misspelled "Liason." (00:17:40)
Bank Run at Mr. Bank's Bank - S13-E6
Character mistake: When Archer and Ray are being shown the security controls by the bank employee, there is a corkboard on the wall behind them. On the corkboard, there is a paper with the caption "Missing - My Favotire Mug." Clearly it is meant to say "favorite", but the R and T were misplaced, resulting in a typo. (00:11:40)
Character mistake: When April goes to see Hank at his motel, he states her romantic feelings for him are a result of "Nightingale Syndrome," however, the Nightingale Effect is caused by the caregiver developing romantic feelings for the patient, not the other way around.
Character mistake: Steffan addresses his brother, Daemon, as "Steffan" at The Grill after Ellina talks to Steffan about the crystal that plagues Bonnie with nightmares about Emily. (00:15:06)
Suggested correction: You missed the point of the scene. They were imitating each other. Stefan was pretending to speak as Damon. Damon replies with "I don't, Damon" and then "you're really hard to imitate".
Big Brother - S3-E15
Character mistake: During "Somebody That I Used to Know," Blaine puts down his satchel. At the end of the song, he leaves the auditorium without picking it back up.
Character mistake: When the wife of Lennie James (number 147) says to her husband 'You left the door open' (just after the incident with their daughter), this is wrong. Rewind a few minutes and you will see that there are 3 people: 6, 313 and 147. 147 leaves when his wife says 'Cake's out of the oven!', leaving 6 and 313. 313 leaves, with 6 alone. Then Number 6 leaves the backyard with the door open. Even if she meant the door to the house, he would have to go through it last.
