Character mistake: Stella goes to the hospital to inform her daughter Sam about Hope dying. During the conversation, Stella calls her daughter Samantha and later on calls her Sarah twice.
Continuity mistake: When Yugi first sees the Pharaoh in the nightmare, the Pharaoh enters the frame with his left upper arm raised and his forearm pointed forward. It then cuts to a shot behind the Pharaoh where he doesn't move. When the shot cuts back, his entire left arm is pointed forward. (00:00:15)
