Continuity mistake: At Tia Dalma's, when Jack says, "Look, an undead monkey," and shoots the monkey, the flame of the candle above the monkey is extinguished from the gunfire. However, in the next shot that candle is burning brightly. (00:49:30)
Visible crew/equipment: Bond follows the girl through the streets of Venice. The camera follows him with a track shot. Bond turns left, going into some kind of alley, and the dolly keeps going. The dolly, camera, and crew are reflected in a window for a second. (02:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When the red Ford Bronco is driven off the ferry (ignoring all the impossible factors required for it to successfully do so), it flips through the air and contacts the water going backwards, its right/rear tail light entering the water first. The closer next shot shows the truck sink somewhat as it continues to flip backward, onto its roof. The very next shot shows the interior of the truck as it enters the water right-side up and going forward as water rushes in. Denzel lurches forward and down, driving his face into the water that is about waist level. The next exterior shot is underwater as the truck now lands in the water, nose first and right-side up. It then begins the expected slow dive, nose-first. (01:52:30)
Continuity mistake: Right before battle, Nasuada is showing Eragon Saphira's dragon armor. The helmet is full face, with two little slits for eyes. When it shows Saphira wearing it, the helmet covers only the top part of her head and cuts off above her eyes. (01:20:35 - 01:22:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Superman is trying to prevent the plane from crashing he is holding the nose of the plane and bits of it start to crumble in and fall apart or away. Once the plane is safely on the ground within the ballpark the scene shows the plane from the side where there is no damage to the nose. (00:40:15)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the movie the hole in the back on Sean's car vanishes in some scenes. (00:04:05)
Factual error: Take a look at Google Earth - the section of the Golden Gate Bridge Magneto breaks off (about a mile - tower to tower plus a section each end) isn't anywhere near long enough to reach Alcatraz from anywhere on the mainland.
Continuity mistake: The red wine stain on Davian's shirt is much redder when he enters the restroom than just after the wine is spilt on him. (00:51:00 - 00:52:20)
Continuity mistake: When Malcolm is being the safety eagle at the childrens school convention, as he flails around on fire, he knocks the large space heater over. In subsequent shots it is suddenly standing upright again. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: The shoulder buckle on the Oracle keeps switching shoulders during her trance scene.
Continuity mistake: Troy is the first passenger to exit the plane, yet in the next shot he is spotted walking down the stairs behind Neville Flynn. It's easy to spot him by his orange shirt.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, Violet infiltrates the complex and makes her way into a white room with tons of men in white suits. She starts fighting them and when a couple of guys come at her, she moves quickly and one guy stabs the other in the chest. When she goes to elbow one of the guys in the face, watch his helmet, it comes flying off, revealing his head and hair. When the camera quickly changes to another angle, his helmet is on perfectly straight. (01:17:45)
Continuity mistake: After the fight on the barge between Michael and Marcus, Selene tries to revive the impaled and seemingly dead Michael. At one point she rips his shirt open to pour her own blood into his wound, then the shot changes to her face, then changes again, slightly further out. It is in this shot, you can see Michael's shirt is still intact.
Character mistake: In the training room, after Randall is discussed as the record holder, the students are brought to attention. All but one is standing at attention, he is in the back on the right hand side, standing at ease.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where John is talking to Van Buren underneath the bar, John has a large spot on his neck, as well as a scab and red mark on his chin. These aren't present at another point in the film. (01:05:25)
Other mistake: When Bruce and Mos Def are running through the alley near the beginning, they run past a Chinese man who slams a dumpster lid shut. Once Bruce pulls out his gun to look back, that same man starts running because he gets scared. In the next shot, he continues running, but soon stops as if he thinks filming is over. This is visible right before the camera pans to the right.
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Mattie walks towards the toilet at her school, you can see there's a pencil in her hair pointing downwards. When she's inside the toilet, the pencil's direction and her hair have both changed.
