Other mistake: When Ray pulls up to Mary Ann's home, the front exterior layout and dimensions of the house are evident, from its near center front door to the two car garage, in front of Ray's van. The side exterior wall contains two large garage doors, which are about 35-40 ft from the location of the front door, with no small basement windows at ground level; inside, beside the front door, the stairs that lead to the basement run parallel just under the stairs in the foyer. In the basement, the small windows on the far end of the furnace room they run into are only about 20 ft from the basement stairs. Not only are the small windows non-existent in the exterior shot, but it's entirely impossible for two small windows to be where they are, considering the exterior footage of the house. Other mistake: To escape from the elevator, Anakin cuts a hole in the ceiling. Later, when they rescue the Chancellor, they almost get crushed by another elevator (it is another one. Each elevator has a number. Obi Wan said the number of this elevator before and it was different than the one that had the hole). However, when a shot of this elevator is shown, it has the same hole that the other elevator has (better seen in slow motion).
Other mistake: It's been stated that Danny doesn't know how to read. This is evidenced by the fact that Walter has to read every card that Danny gets. When Danny first finds the game, he's able to read and even pronounce Zathura accurately even though he is illiterate.
Other mistake: When the pennant game is being played, Chicken Little's team is down by two runs with a score of 14-13, but if you add the score up off of the board before Little's two run hit, it equals 15.
Other mistake: Cloud finds Tifa lying on the flower-patch in the church, after the fight with Loz. When we first see her she has her leather gloves on, then the next shot her hands are bare, and again in the next shot she has her gloves again.
Other mistake: When the zombies come out of the river and start marching, look closely. The first zombies to come out wear wet clothes, but the ones in the back are dry.
Other mistake: When the camera changes shot to the security feed for the first time in River's bar brawl scene, you can see, on the top right, Jayne and Mal sitting down with Fanty and Mingo and the Dancer preparing to block the camera's view. This is before the gang have even stepped into the bar.
Other mistake: The chaingun was actually a heavily dressed up Browning Browning Model 1919 machine gun with a fake rotating barrel cluster surrounding the real firing barrel - in several firing scenes a careful eye will notice the barrels are not even rotating.

Other mistake: In the opening song, the dolphins sing: "If we could just change one thing, we would all have learned to sing", however the subtitles on the DVD say "lungs to sing". As a side note, dolphins do indeed have lungs.
Other mistake: Just after the pirates flee the island and the octopus attacks them: a white and green fishing boat can be seen in the top right corner.
Other mistake: About halfway through, the divers go into water with a very strong current, and yet both Catherine and Nicoli both call Tyler to come to them, which is impossible - the current is too strong for Tyler to even attempt to turn around and go back to them. Both Catherine and Nicoli are in the current, so they will come to Tyler, eventually, when the current isn't so strong and Tyler can hang onto something and wait for them.
Other mistake: In the final fight, V slices a man's right wrist, but blood only comes out of his left arm.
