Continuity mistake: At the cemetery, when Harry is trapped at the statue, Voldemort raises his right arm and places his finger on Harry's forehead stating, "I can touch you now." While Voldemort's arm remains raised his sleeve slides down towards his shoulder, but is back up at his elbow in the close-up. He seems to have the same problem in other shots during this scene. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mike Teavee has smashed up the red pumpkin-looking thing, he smashes it cleanly into two or three quite big pieces. When his father says "Mike, please" the pieces behind him are much smaller and all over. (00:41:35)
Continuity mistake: When Anakin is in the medical centre lying on his back being transformed into Darth Vader, you can see the main part of the mask being lowered into place but Anakin is not wearing the neck section of the mask that it connects to. We then see the main part lowering directly downwards, in the next shot the neck section is in place. (02:01:20)
Continuity mistake: The guard sitting on the back of the train has sweat covering the front of his shirt. In the next shot, the sweat is gone.
Revealing mistake: When Jimmy attempts to kill himself, the bullet hole on his back is far above where he shot himself in the chest. At least 4-6 inches higher, AND the gun was slanted downward.
Continuity mistake: Mary Ann pulls the cord out of the iPod and holds it with the screen facing her palm, as she explains about Robbie's Algeria report. However, in the next shot the iPod is held in her hand the opposite way. (00:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Sharkboy and Lavagirl burst into the classroom looking for Max, there is writing on the blackboard ("Science, Chapter Two") written in yellow chalk. Strangely, later in the scene the writing is now written in white chalk, and the handwriting of the text is noticeably different. Then, later it goes back to yellow! (00:16:45 - 00:17:40)
Continuity mistake: When drunken Stewie is talking at the breakfast table to Brian, Brian has bacon and only one egg on his plate. After Stewie leaps from the shelf, Brian suddenly has two eggs.
Factual error: When Chicken Little is in his bedroom, after he scored during his baseball game, he looks into the spoon he is using as a microphone to see his reflection. He looks into the side that is curved away from you. When you look at that side of a spoon your reflection is upsidedown, but Chicken Little's was right side up.
Continuity mistake: The arrangement of the core samples in the safe changes, just after Sheev walks away. The two samples in the bottom left move to being in the centre. (00:36:50)
Continuity mistake: When the Pevensies are playing hide-and-seek, there's a shot of Lucy running up the stairs. If you look closely, she is wearing the dress that she wears in her third time to Narnia, not the dress that she was wearing when she goes through the wardrobe into Narnia for the first time. (00:10:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Arthur is lying in front of a bulldozer, he is so close that his hand is touching it. Two shots later he is a foot away from it, without appearing to have moved at all.
Revealing mistake: When Bruce Wayne is heading to the hearing at the courthouse, he checks his revolver to make sure it's loaded. His intent is to execute Joe Chill for killing his parents, so he would need a working gun. But when he opens the cylinder of the revolver to make sure it's loaded, you can see that all of the bullets have had the primer removed (the end of each bullet casing has a hole in it.) This is done to make each round impossible to fire, for safety on the set. (00:22:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When the Muslim armies approach Brendan Gleason's castle there is a side shot of the Muslims army coming to a halt. You can see the marker stake with yellow tape at the top (used during production as a mark). (01:10:10)
Continuity mistake: When The Thing gets his pancakes served the butter on top of them change position between shots. (01:11:40)
Continuity mistake: Jack and Carl are in Carl's stateroom. Carl opens the crate of whiskey, takes out a bottle and puts it down. The bottle then turns itself around so the label's sometimes visible, sometimes not.
Continuity mistake: Aeon pushes Freya onto a table as they fight, and knocks over a lamp. In the next shot the lamp's upright.
Continuity mistake: After Danny gets mad at Walter for catching the ball that his Dad threw for him, he throws his glove down on the floor and runs inside. In the next shot the glove is in a different location.
Revealing mistake: When the Operative is reviewing Mal's file, Mal's first name is initially spelled as "Malcom", in the next shot that has been corrected to "Malcolm".
Continuity mistake: When Alex tries to get Melman out, he is lying near the sea, but when Alex tries to get him out with the tree, he is farther away from the sea.
