Continuity mistake: On Utapau, when Obi-Wan faces off with Grievous, Grievous sends 4 MagnaGuards against Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan Force-pulls something from the ceiling to crush the droids. But in the ensuing fight between Obi-Wan and Grievous, the ceiling thing and crushed droids are gone.
Continuity mistake: On the ferry, Rachel wears the purple/pink camouflage hoodie over her orange knit sweater with the colorful stripe sleeves, as usual. Now this is where things become strange. In the first shot as the trio come ashore, she is only wearing her orange sweater, she is not wearing the purple/pink hoodie - note the clear lack of fur hood. In the very next shot as they climb a bit more and then rest, Rachel is wearing the purple/pink hoodie - note the hood, but now it's on under her orange sweater. In the underwater shots she is also wearing it under the orange sweater. (This odd mistake has absolutely nothing to do with the very long wool cloak that Rachel wears in the next scene). Continuity mistake: Straight after the second task Hermione wraps her own white towel round Harry, but between shots it jumps back to her shoulders, then back to Harry's several times. (01:35:05)
Continuity mistake: When Ann meets Kong on NYC street, the camera flashes back and forth between them. When it shows Kong, he is surrounded by snow, but when it shows Ann, the street doesn't have so much as a snowflake.
Continuity mistake: When Edmund speaks with the White Witch the first time, as he eats the Turkish Delight candy, the amount and pattern of powdered sugar that remains on his lips differs in the following shots, depending on camera angle. (00:31:10)
Continuity mistake: Look at the dirt when Herbie backs away from the nose of the newer Beetle, between the races out in the desert. Although Herbie drove straight up to the newer Beetle, tire marks can be seen where the crew moved the car back and forth to get him lined up.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the Golden Tickets are placed over the upside-down chocolate bars, meaning that the tickets are actually on the bottom, but later when the children find the tickets, they are now on top of the bars.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie Bailey's hair gets longer and shorter.
Continuity mistake: As the gang drives towards the cave entrance, the spare wheel on the back of the car that Sarah is driving switches sides three times. (00:16:30 - 00:17:10)
Continuity mistake: When the car blows up at a rest stop, when the children run to Ice Cube, the boy is on his left. However, when they turn around and sit, the boy is on his right.
Continuity mistake: In the boat chase scene with Dirk, Al and Rudi, the glass at the front of the boat gets shot out and then appears intact in the next scene, but is shot into pieces seconds later.
Continuity mistake: Sithandra grabs a branch as she runs through the garden, which changes in appearance between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Chicken Little lends the alien baby, Kirby, his handkerchief, after Kirby blows his nose, it sticks to Chicken Little's hand. Chicken Little then wipes the hanky off his hand on to the grass. In the very next shot, the hanky has disappeared, and never shows up again.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is getting ready to propose, in the shot where he pets his dog, you can see in the first shot from in front he is not moving, yet in the next shot he is walking and leaning towards the dog.
Continuity mistake: When Balian is talking with Tiberius after denying the King's proposal, watch Balian's clothing. His chain mail is visible on both sides of his shoulders in one shot; we cut to Tiberius for one line (I believe it was, "Jerusalem has no need for a perfect knight") and when we cut back to Balian, his cloak is now covering the chain mail completely.
Continuity mistake: Following Rodney's step from the escalator on the red pedestal he is being scooped into one half of a wire-frame globe/ball. Two halves now (the other one has Fender in it) form an intact globe. A safety bar with a 'wooden' middle bit (like those on rollercoasters) suddenly appears. After their journey, when the ball splits back into two halves, the safety bar, which previously had mysteriously appeared, now has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Boss Hogg is at the rally, he is speaking into a microphone. Between every shot of him talking, the black microphone cord is in a different position. It is very noticeable. (01:20:50)
Continuity mistake: When Bruce is thrown off the truck when released from prison, you can see his bag in the background as he rolls at least 5 feet away to his right. When the angle changes and he's getting up, the bag is right in front of him, if not slightly to his left. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: When the cast are at the Miranda colony and discover that everyone is dead, there is a rotating shot of River as she realises what happened. Prior to this there is a brief closeup shot of the rest of the cast as they turn to face her. Jayne turns to his right, but in the following rotating shot of River he has turned from his left. (01:16:30)
Continuity mistake: When Arthur breaks the arm of the chair as his brain is being taken, the arm is strapped to his wrist. A second later the strap and broken arm are gone.
Suggested correction: The movie takes place over the course of several months, of course her hair changes length. Therefore not a continuity error.
