Revealing mistake: After the Witch King destroys Gandalf's staff, the wizard and Pippin fall to the ground in the wideshot. In the next close-up, as Pippin (who is behind Gandalf) raises his right leg while he gets up, the white/black sneaker he wears is briefly visible on Billy Boyd's Hobbit foot. (Extended version). Revealing mistake: When the Black Pearl swings alongside the Interceptor for the battle, Elizabeth shouts, "Fire all!" The next shot is from behind the lit cannon which is aimed at the Pearl and the following shot faces the Interceptor's cannon, as it goes off. In the shot facing the Interceptor, the raw wood scaffolding type beams are perfectly visible at the entire lower part of the screen, where the painted planks (below the gun ports, above the bilges) of the hull should be. The camera pans in for the extreme close-up of Mr. Darling, who makes a horrified face. Later, when the Darlings are at the party Nana bursts in. Sir Edward again stands to Mr. Darling's right. Mr. Darling puts his hands up in front of himself and the next close-up shot is the very same shot from the bank. Part of Sir Edward's hair is edited and the background is digitally augmented. Revealing mistake: When Kate, Chris and Lord Arnaud are in the hidden monastery tunnel, there is an explosion that shows them the way out. One of them crawls forward a little and puts his weight down on a big chunk of stone, which flips about like it weighs nothing. It's very obvious that it's a piece of styrofoam rock. A piece of stone that size would not move as freely as this one did from just leaning on it. (01:31:30)
Revealing mistake: When Watson is standing over Jackie's dead body and says "I'm sorry I wasn't there when you needed me most, my friend" you can see Jackie reflected in the TV standing ready for his queue before entering the picture. (00:41:55)

Revealing mistake: During the scene where Lara and Reiss's henchmen are fighting in the lab with the orb, look closely: the computer monitors in the background briefly flicker (as most monitors appear on camera), indicating they were shot in the background. During the close-ups, this does not occur.
Revealing mistake: When the house is burning at some points we can see the flames inside the house are fake. If you look at the window you can see some of the flames are actually outside the house. The flames are just reflected in the window. (00:20:35)
Revealing mistake: When Morgan Freeman is about to take off in the helicopter to chase after the other two chasing Mr. Grey, one of the soldiers who is running to try stop him runs over a small pile of snow. The snow has a very unusual springing nature, obviously the springboard for the stunt, then as a result the soldier falls over.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the movie when the Grandpa and grandson are tackled after being given the 'fortune cookies' right at the moment of impact the little boy has been replaced by a stunt double which is a grown man dressed in the same clothes. Like the dude has wrinkles and doesn't even resemble the boy at all.
