Revealing mistake: Right after Nell sends Hugh to hell, Dr. Marrow and Theo come out of hiding behind a pillar. As Marrow puts his hand on the pillar, it squishes in as if it was made of foam rubber, instead of stone. (01:39:50)
Revealing mistake: When Brom (disguised as the horseman) throws the jack-o-lantern at Ichabod, there is a shot from Ichabod's perspective showing the jack-o-lantern flying toward him. It jiggles from side to side, revealing it was travelling on a wire.
Revealing mistake: When the shark first attacks and bites off Jim's arm, you can briefly see his real arm under his shirt as he's screaming in pain. (00:34:10)
Revealing mistake: When the house has been locked down at the beginning of the film no moonlight could come in, however when the guests are being shown the coffin with the guns in there is a shaft of bright moonlight shining on to it.
Revealing mistake: When the Japanese tanks are firing upon Godzilla, one of the pyro effects catches the Godzilla suit on fire (at the arm). One can see the stunt man begin to frantically shake his arm upon this realization before the editing cuts to another shot.
Revealing mistake: When Jamie Lee Curtis falls into the fuel tanks, how could she be breathing? The gases would be too toxic for her to breath, and wouldn't she be blinded by the fuel?
Revealing mistake: When Claire jumps down into the silo filled with apples, the whole top layer of apples bounces, which indicates that there is only a thin layer of apples instead of apples all of the way down. Soft material would have been under the apples during filming. Rotting apples wouldn't have that sort of give normally.
Revealing mistake: When Yoichi's mother is killed, the blood coming from her body is very obviously just colored water, as it is too bright and too thin to really look like blood.
Revealing mistake: When Imhotep transports Evie, Beni and himself back to Hamunaptra, Evie hears the plane and looks up. Before she states "O'Connell," you can see the letters and numbers on the side of the plane are backwards, like a mirror image - it says "B5538" backwards, which resembles "BE228" (no mirror). Revealing mistake: When they are about to start that freezing machine, the dead body where they took the key from still looks fresh as compared to the others they examined that are in an advanced state of decomposition.
Revealing mistake: When Beowulf is fighting Grendel in the sanctuary and is climbing up into the rafters, his black support wire is visible. (00:44:10)
Revealing mistake: Jude Law is inside the game and he's supposed to be American. When he finds out that his bio-port has been infected he says his next line in his normal British accent. (01:20:10)
Revealing mistake: During the opening sequence, when the fish and game officer is just about to be attacked while looking inside the nest, there's a clear reflection of his lower body as the camera moves closer from behind him. This reveals the diver is in some type of tank, otherwise, this could be a piece of equipment, like Plexiglas (or similar,) put in place within a real body of water for filming purposes.
Revealing mistake: Pnub's (Elden Henson) head in the scene where Anton kills the two cops is obviously animatronic, it's eyes are clear blue and Pnub's eyes are brown.
Revealing mistake: After Christine gets out of the shower, we hear the director cue her by saying, "Go," before she walks past the camera.

Revealing mistake: In the widescreen Blu-ray version, when Pinhead is brought to life, you can see the side of the puppeteer's hand tilting him up. The movie was originally shot for home video with the intent of being cropped down to fullscreen. The Blu-ray version presents the original uncropped widescreen version, unfortunately causing this mistake to be caught in shot.
Revealing mistake: When Tsukiko's neighbor has his eyepatch removed, the prosthetic makeup for his scarred face and eye looks incredibly fake and unconvincing, and you can tell his bulging eye is just a painted piece of plastic with fake skin around it.
