Continuity mistake: When the terrorists attack the van at the bridge, shortly after the explosion, you see the terrorists crossing the water in a boat. In the background you can see the van on the bridge with its doors open, shortly after this the terrorists are at the van doors demanding that the police open the van doors!
Continuity mistake: When Frank's dad is cutting mushrooms while cooking dinner, he slices a mushroom in a closeup. In the next shot, the mushroom is whole again.
Continuity mistake: At the party Daryl takes a glass off the tray that Ivy is holding which leaves one, but in the next shot when Ivy walks away the tray is empty.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie when Dr. Giggles house blows up, Jennifer and her boyfriend fall to the ground twice.
Continuity mistake: After Claire punches Peyton for the first time, there is blood on Peyton's face. When she gets up off the floor, the blood is completely gone.
Continuity mistake: After Moco and Azul finish their telephone conversation about how many of Moco's men Azul killed, Azul leaves, but one of Azul's men goes back to see Azul's women. In the background, there are posters of the Playboy bunny logo and a woman on a jetski. Ashe runs away from the lethal women, the posters are nowhere to be found next to the doorway. (00:43:15)
Continuity mistake: When Ray Liotta throws Madeline Stowe on the bed after she pulls the gun on him, he used his hands to pin her arms down. Then they cut to a different angle, her arm is pinned under Ray's leg and he's grabbing her hair.
Continuity mistake: After switching places with her sister, Heather gets into a cab bearing the phone number 555-1300. When she arrives at the Bay Marina, the phone number, as seen from the cab's opposite side, reads 552-1300.
Continuity mistake: When Chet and Stanley asks Irene some questions (in the café, about 15 minutes into the movie) about the murder, the cigarette Irene smokes changes a few times between the shots. Most obvious is the length of the ashes. (00:16:13)
Continuity mistake: Jack and Betsy arrive at Bally's in Vegas and it is dark. After checking in and going to their hotel room, it is daylight outside. There is no evidence of them doing anything between check-in and going to their room.
Continuity mistake: In the deleted scenes on the DVD, there is a scene where Jobe is talking with the Chimp who he thinks is Cyberman. The chimp's battle helmet visor continually (and randomly) opens and closes between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the chase scene after the rescue of Chaibot's wife, Jackie Chan's female partner rolls off the top of the police van and crashes onto the top of the car Chan drives, smashing the windshield. After they get in the car again, the windshield is intact.
Continuity mistake: When Fergus first goes to the hair salon, his hair is much longer than it was in the previous scene.
Continuity mistake: In the last scene, Tanya gets her arm cut on a piece of glass in the window by Charles, just before he turns to fight a cop. In the next shot the glass has disappeared from the window completely.
Continuity mistake: When a blind Uma Thurman prepares to go to a party, her nails are polished. They are not polished at the party.
Continuity mistake: When Carter goes into his daughter's room after he sees his wife on the monitor, the lights are off. In the first shot of the light switch, it's down, in the off position. In the next shot, it's in the up position, with the lights still off. In the third shot, it's back down.
Continuity mistake: Brian Hornsby is being questioned by local investigator Alfonso Rodriguez. While he listens to him, he flips through a few photos of Rodriguez' s romantic endeavours. He picks from the pile the last photo, but in the next shot the photo he shows him was the topmost one. (00:12:40)
