Revealing mistake: In the scene where the Terminator and the T-1000 are fighting in the corridors of The Galleria, the Terminator has fired multiple shots at the T-1000. When he gets up off the floor, the Terminator throws him into the left wall and the impact hole is already visible before he hits. (00:31:45)
Revealing mistake: When Clarice is at the archive, she sees two articles, one entitled "Baltimore Psychiatrist Receives Highest Honor" and "New horrors in 'Cannibal Trial'." The column beneath both titles to the right is exactly the same, and in the first article, that same column is repeated at the leftmost and rightmost columns and in the second, is repeated at the rightmost column. Revealing mistake: During the car smuggling scene where Van Damme is fighting on the boat one of the thugs slides/falls against the side of one of the cars. If you look closely, you can see the side view mirror on the car is made of rubber.
Revealing mistake: The fire engine often shows up on the scene without any hose in the hosebed (on back of the truck).
Revealing mistake: During the night surfing scene notice that the sun is evident in the background (look closely it does not appear long). There are also shots where you can see clouds and faint blue sky. Moments later you see Keanu and Lori sitting in the water with completely different lighting which was actually taken at night and further distinguishes that the surfing shots were not actually done at night time. I heard the scene was shot during the day with a filter so it looked like it was shot at night.
Revealing mistake: When Rollie is hanging from the ladder and the bolt breaks, you can see the smoke from the exploding bolt. (00:42:50)
Revealing mistake: During the beginning, as the newspaper headlines roll, the small text in the articles is actually the same text repeating itself over and over again, something like: "an investigation issued."
Revealing mistake: Close to the end of the film when Joe is in the woods with all the bad guys, he starts to shoot them, as he shoots the first bad guy, if you pause it before he shoots, you can see that there is a rather large lump in the guys forehead where he gets shot, obviously some kind of squib or something to make the effect of being shot in the head. Revealing mistake: When the crack house has been shut down and they're having a meeting to find out what went wrong, Wesley Snipes stabs one of the crew in the hand with a small sword. But the next shot (just for a split second) shows the sword in the table with his hand next to it, not stabbed. Revealing mistake: When Richie shoots the random woman, as soon as he grabs her head and shoots her, it is clear that it's a dummy.
Revealing mistake: When the Enterprise begins to leave the spacedock, the background inside spacedock (behind Enterprise) seems to move in two different directions, the top moves towards the right, the bottom towards the left.
Revealing mistake: Thelma and Louise in one scene are driving at a very high speed with Brad Pitt in the backseat wearing a cowboy hat that never flies off, much less even moves with the wind.
Revealing mistake: When Martin is at the rest home, he gets a drink from the water fountain and it sprays him in the face. You can plainly see the spray isn't coming from the fountain itself.

Revealing mistake: When Joyce and Cynthia are standing at the rear of the van, a carload of young men pulls up behind them. The men appear to take several steps before reaching them, so the car is not parked very close behind the van. When one of the men gets back into the front passenger seat, his car door is so close it looks more like it is the passenger door on the van, not the car. (00:34:14 - 00:34:35)
