Other mistake: There is a patch on the jacket Harley (Rourke) wears, that appears and disappears throughout the movie. It's on the front lower right side. It is there when he's standing outside their friends' bar with Marlboro, it's gone when they are inside.
Other mistake: In the fight scene where Bohdi helps special agent Utah you see that his surf board gets broken in two and then after the fight he is seen leaving without the board, but in the scene where he and Tyler are woken up early to go surf right before Tyler says "you look like you just saw a ghost" you see him carrying the same board.
Other mistake: When Joe Huff goes to the fight pit and jumps in, he has on fingerless gloves. However, during the fight he is barehanded and when the shot returns to Joe Huff he has the gloves on again.
Other mistake: After Clarice is finished interviewing Frederica Bimmel's friend, they cut to the abandoned house in Calumet City IL. The front yard is full of leaves, but yet there is only 1 lone (pine) tree in the yard, and the homes on either side do not have visible trees either.
Other mistake: In the ending credits, Gary Carter is listed twice.
Other mistake: There is a scene where Danny Glover is driving a car with Martin Short in the passenger side seat. At several points, Glover turns the wheel to the right and left, yet the car remains in a straight course.
Other mistake: During the scene in which Chad and Alex are at the harbour to blow up the drugs shipment we see Alex being shot at my numerous bad guys. He has one pistol in his hand, and pulls another from his waist band. Each pistol carries around a maximum of 15 shots per clip, however he manages to fire 43 shots without reloading.
Other mistake: After Nora leaves with the wrong bag, Snaps calls the Underwood home to ask someone to come over and switch them back. Later, Nora herself returns and Aldo makes the switch for her. Then the Underwood chauffeur comes to trade the bags, and Aldo does this for him. But Aldo would've known that Nora had already retrieved the correct bag, so why would he change them back?
Other mistake: When Blake makes the tape of Styles and the prostitute, and uses it to discredit him, I doubt that Blake and his buddy had access to top notch equipment. Surely, experienced Los Angeles detectives would have a great technician on board who would be able to testify that the tape was fixed or modified, such as Styles's mouth movement.
Other mistake: Whilst Ricky is fighting Wong Chun, White God attempts to sneak away by getting into one of the dumbwaiters, but the warden shoots him and he explodes. The bullet is shown hitting him in the face, but given the position of White God's body and where the warden was shooting, this would be impossible. When White God crawls into the dumbwaiter, the pantry door is shown closing behind him, so the bullet would have been blocked by the door and would have made it impossible to hit him in the face. Other mistake: The bus Frank is in crashes through a wall of items, at speed, but no visible damage is done to the front of the bus when we see it later. (00:55:05 - 00:55:40)
Other mistake: There are several moments while using the clown dummy toy that make it very obvious it is an actor in a suit. Most obvious of which is that it somehow 'senses' things like the momentum and orientation of the person controlling it, when all it is shown to do is copy muscle movements/motor skills. There are far too many examples to list.
Other mistake: When Moss confronts the party crasher who has a gun to the arms dealer's head. The party crasher then pours gasoline all over the pumps and Moss shouts "Don't shoot, you'll blow this place up, I'm standing in the shit". As the scene eventually cuts back to Moss on a long shot, you can see that the floor is dry and he's not actually stood in the gasoline. (01:20:00 - 01:21:00)
Other mistake: When they're trying to head to Mexico, they pass the same rock formations several times. Specifically, earlier in the drive, the formations are in the scene where they mention the Rocky Mountains. The same formations can be seen later when they get pulled over by the cop. It's like they're driving in circles. Part of the film was shot outside of Moab, Utah, near Arches National Park. (01:34:19 - 01:41:30)
Other mistake: At the end, when Dolph Lundgren is shot, his partner says the bullet went straight through, but when the camera changes, we see no hole was made by the bullet in his back.
