Continuity mistake: In the closing scene, Seagal is carrying the Jamaican policeman with his head to Seagal's right and the man's left arm is around Seagal's shoulder. When the view changes to the rear, the man's head is to Seagal's left and his right arm is around Seagal's shoulder.
Continuity mistake: As the guys sit down for a beer and start talking, the viewing angle is from behind the one listening. As they switch to the other one who's about to say something the two bottles of beer magically turn around so you can always read the front label, no matter from which side the scene is shot.
Continuity mistake: About 20 minutes into the film Gene Hackman and his witness drives a big 4x4 through the mountains of British Colombia, trying to evade being shot at by gunmen in a helicopter. While they are being shot at, the windshield gets smashed, and is in pieces. The following scenes show the windshield intact one minute and smashed the next.
Continuity mistake: When Ramius is shot, he drops to the floor holding his wound with his left hand. He is still using his left hand when Ryan asks "What happens if he makes it to that ignition circuitry". The angle then changes, and Ramius is holding his wound with his right hand as he answers "He can incinerate the ship". New angle change, and Ramius is once again using his left hand on the wound. Continuity mistake: After the Memphis Belle drops its bombs and scores a direct hit on its target you see the Memphis Belle lift up and turn right with the bomb bay doors closed. The next scene the bombadier says "okay, bomb bay doors, closing" and you see the doors close again.
Continuity mistake: In the strip club, the serial killer puts the dollar bill in the dancer's g-string twice.
Continuity mistake: The cabin is burnt. Costner comes back to the site to recover his hidden cash stash. Curtains blow in the breeze. Must've been woven from asbestos fibers.
Continuity mistake: Dick Tracy and Kid narrowly escape the exploding boiler at Tess' apartment building. They leap to the ground a second before it explodes. As the dust settles, Tracy pushes himself to his feet - to reveal explosion debris that was already underneath him.
Continuity mistake: When the white cop pulls out all of his healthy lunch on the desk he lines them up. And the camera pans across everything that he has. But when they pan out the items are not lined up the same.
Continuity mistake: In the car chase, the right headlight gets knocked out in the dark sedan, but later shots of the chase show both headlights working on all three cars.
Continuity mistake: When the nuns are complaining to Gilbert Gottfried about Junior, the head nun's wart above her eye changes color throughout the scene. It varies from light in colour to dark in colour several times.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the crooked sheriff is about to throw Kiefer Sutherland off the train, the sheriff doesn't have any blood on his trouser leg, but if you check the shot right before then, he does have blood on his trouser leg.
Continuity mistake: After Cody leaves prison and gets in the car with his friends, we see him letting Angel into the back seat, then just two seconds later, when the camera switches to the view of the prison, we can hear the engine started. He couldn't wait for Angel to enter, then enter himself and start the car in two seconds.
Continuity mistake: Two shots after introducing himself to Raphael, Casey Jones' hockey mask vanishes from its spot on the grass in the background (full screen version). (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: During Lyon's last fight with Attila. Right after he tells Joshua "wrong bet", Joshua is all over the place. He starts out on all fours. Next thing he's gone, then he's by the tent door, then he's back on all fours, then on his knees clapping. Every-time you see a close up of him cheering you can tell he's still on all fours. Continuity mistake: When David struggles with the bad guy at the laundry he gets a cut on his left arm and hand with some blood on it, after they break the glass the blood on the hand disappears.
Continuity mistake: A helicopter drops two harnesses down to Chuck Norris (Major McCoy) who is awaiting with an unconscious bad guy, and tethers the villain to the ropes dropped by the hovering copter. The black harness ropes are shown dangling from the chopper throughout. When McCoy radios to "pull us up" with the villain in view, the once visible ropes are nowhere to be seen. Continuity mistake: When Gatou Vardebedian is holding Gus Cardinale at gunpoint, the gun keeps changing position between shots (under his throat, by his nose...) and she is holding it straight or turned sideways. (00:13:00)
