There Was a Crooked Man... picture

Continuity mistake: When Paris is offering all the other prisoners half of his hidden money for a way to escape, he lays down in his bed with his cigar in his mouth and his arms at his side. The Young Country picture

Continuity mistake: The third time we see the stagecoach on its way to Denver, it's passing the exact same tree and hill that it passed at the start of its journey. It's also traveling on a paved road, which in 1860s frontier Colorado is extremely unlikely. (00:11:15)

Taste the Blood of Dracula picture

Continuity mistake: The footage of Dracula impaled on a giant golden crucifix at the end of 'Dracula Has Risen From The Grave' is re-cut for the pre-credit sequence of this film. However, when the second film continues, the golden crucifix is missing in the background, behind Dracula's powdered blood and collapsing cloak, creating a continuity error with perhaps an unusual reason for happening. Hammer props department may have rid themselves of the crucifix between films shot a year apart.

R.P.M. picture

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Luke has stolen the Jaguar from the old rich guy, there is a part where Luke drives the Jag up the wall of the tunnel and lands it on top of a truck. It is obvious that the car that goes up the wall isn't even real, it looks more like a Matchbox or Hotwheels car....

Five Easy Pieces picture

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jack Nicholson finds the piano on the back of the moving truck, he uncovers it and tosses the tarp on the side of the truck. Over the next few shots, the tarp disappears and then reappears draped over the side of the truck. As well, the shots of Billy Green Bush taken from outside the vehicle show his hands gesticulating wildly, while the shots from inside the vehicle, from over his right shoulder, show his right hand calmly positioned on the upper right part of the wheel. This scene also contains a magically appearing chair. When Jack first finds the piano, he has to lean over to play, but a few shots later, he is seated comfortably on a straight-backed kitchen chair. (00:19:10)

But a few shots later, when one of the Bannisters bursts into the kitchen, the milk pitcher is empty, and the dishes are in different positions on the table. (01:23:55)

Plot hole: At the end of the movie, the sheriff is going home and gives his deputy and the mayor a ride home. They pass over a bridge with a sign that says 'Leaving Colusa County'. Surely they don't live outside the county?

Two Mules for Sister Sara picture

Factual error: When Clint Eastwood catches an Indian arrow in his left shoulder, he instructs Shirley MacLaine to prime the arrow shaft with gunpowder, which he then ignites as she forces the shaft all the way through his shoulder. Presumably, the burning gunpowder would cauterize the wound all the way through his body, or that's what the filmmakers asked the audience to believe. In reality, gunpowder is historically well-known for causing gangrene in open wounds. With a shoulder full of gunpowder cinders, Clint Eastwood should have died of gangrene and sepsis by the end of the movie.
