Revealing mistake: Right after the scene with the witches, Cindy disguises herself while offering coffee to the producer Corky Shimatzu. However, besides the Groucho Marx glasses and nose, she is wearing her normal outfit when a few minutes earlier, she was wearing her witch outfit, had green makeup on her face, and her hair was a completely different style. Then a few minutes later, she goes back to her play costume. That makeup must have taken at least an hour and would take just as long to remove it. Yet she changes from and back to it in a matter of minutes.

When it cuts to a close up of his face as he talks to the people inside, on the left side of his glasses near where it meets his hair, there is a texture glitch in the animation. Revealing mistake: When Nova blasts through the building, the wall where the hole is created has already been drawn as misshapen and discolored, likely to make it easier for the animators to animate. (00:02:53)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Link blocks a bomb thrown at him into the air. As it is coming back down, the motion of it was lazily animated. The bomb has spikes on it, and to indicate the one pointed directly at the camera, it is shown with a very slight point towards the top of the screen so it doesn't look like just a gray dot. But the bomb is spinning, and so the point goes around with it, despite being directly at the camera and looks like a clock hand. (00:13:50)
Revealing mistake: When the narrator says that Superman can leap a tall building in a single bound and shows Superman doing so, you can see in the background by some trees, an odd animation glitch. A curved, thin black line by the trees wiggling back and forth. (00:01:55)
Revealing mistake: During the opening credits, after Merlin appears, we see Shaggy for about 1-2 seconds with no arms.
