Factual error: Luka's military officer cap isn't a Russian cap, it is a Hungarian police cap. The Russian cap is bigger.

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1

Factual error: There is a view of the night sky in southern Africa. However, both the Big and Little Dippers (along with Polaris) are visible. In general, these constellations are not visible in the southern hemisphere, and where they are (North of 1° South latitude) they are very close to the horizon. The Big Dipper (Ursa Major) is to the left of the screen and Polaris (part of the Little Dipper = Ursa Minor) in near the top-center. This occurs shortly after the lion cub scene. (00:44:00)

Chapter 10: The Passenger - S2-E2

Factual error: The premise of the episode is that Mando needs to travel at sublight speed or else the fragile eggs will die. They need to travel to a nearby star system, though, not just a planet. Stars can't be too close together, so Mando is in for a trip that would take him literally years, which is not reflected at all by what is shown in the episode. (00:08:00)

Dio the Invader - S1-E1

Factual error: Dario Brando dies in 1880 (date on the gravestone) but when he was screaming at his son from his bed, Dio was reading "The Rise of Silas Lapham", which while being appropriate for his character, would be published only 5 years laters (started serialization in 1884).

A Ghost for Scotland Yard - S2-E8

Factual error: Bearing in mind the episode takes place in London, Sir Arthur MacCready is driving his Rolls Royce. The car has the steering wheel on the left hand side. A true British Rolls Royce would have the steering wheel on the right side. This is a Hollywood Rolls Royce.

The Czech List - S1-E2

Factual error: Will is asked by Jai to place his wrist watch - which is filled with explosives - against a wall. He does, and it somehow sticks to the vertical concrete wall. An adhesive back would have been noticed by Will, as it was against his skin on his wrist. Not to mention that an explosion in a contained space that small would have deafened them both, or worse. Beyond Logic - S1-E10

Factual error: Season 1, Episode 10: Lee is trying to get out of the underworld on his capsule with the rescued others. They all get in, and he closes the top hatch by turning the hatch wheel clockwise. Trying to take off, a wire becomes disconnected outside, and Lee has to go out again. He turns the hatch wheel clockwise, and this time it opens instead of closing. If it was clockwise for close, it should be counterclockwise to open.

The Waterfront Story - S1-E12

Factual error: The story takes place in Galveston, Texas. The geographical area is flat, but if you look closely near the last hulk out, there are mountains in the background.

Q & A - S1-E8

Factual error: In s01e08, "Q and A", when Yelena is playing chess, we see her use the touchscreen which represents the chessboard. However, the bottom left corner is a white square when it should be a dark square. The board is orientated incorrectly, even though the board on the floor isn't.

Fire in the Hole - S1-E1

Factual error: When Walter Goggins fires a LAW at the church from next to the vehicle, the back-blast from the rocket would have shattered the car's windows, and flying glass fragments would likely have injured the occupant. The show depicts neither outcome.

Suggested correction: This is simply wrong. If a month starts on a Thursday, the first Tuesday will be the 6th, and the second will be the 13th.

I messed up the wording on this. The calendar in question literally shows the 13th as being the second Tuesday in the calendar grid format (i.e. there is one row indicating a week above). The 13th should be placed in the third row in this manner.

Airwolf II - S3-E2

Factual error: The computer mistakes a private airplane for a MIG-23, however the picture on the screen of a MIG-23 is completely wrong, it shows a French Dassault Super Mystere.

Cuarenta Minutos - S1-E2

Factual error: When they're traveling to the farm to rescue her friend, (when a drone is filming from above following the truck down the road) there is light snow on the ground. Throughout the series in different parts, when they speak they're blowing mist/fog from it being cold. It isn't cold, snowing or any fall leaves in Mexico. Nor do those things hardly ever occur in southern Texas either.

Adrift - S2-E6

Factual error: The map of the western United States shown during the weather report at the start of the episode shows some states drawn incorrectly. Idaho's entire western border is a straight line, whereas in real life, Oregon has a horn-shaped indentation on its northeastern border that it shares with Idaho. Idaho also looks like a crude staircase, with the southwestern border of Montana going down to central Wyoming, whereas that area in real life is around the northwestern part of Wyoming.

Puppet Patrol - S1-E3

Factual error: When Jane is putting up the lost poster, the number to call is 1-800-saw-him. However, this is only a 6-digit phone number when it needs to be 7-digits (not including the 1-800 part).

Factual error: The German series is set in 1987 in Berlin before the wall came down. It shows a suitcase going through airport security that wasn't set up until after 2001.
