Bug: If you switch from playing Michael to Trevor, there is one occasion in the game where Trevor has a man tied to a support beam underneath a pier. If Trevor chooses to use his Jerry can and spills gasoline all around the man and sets it on fire, the tied up man catches fire, however, a glitch occurs in the process. The man catches fire, screams, then somehow pops straight out of the ropes keeping him tied up and starts running around. The rope has also not changed shaped and still remains stretched out at the front. The man then suddenly pops back into the ropes and stays tied up before he dies.
Bug: Level Five: If you collected all five of Mama Krabs' pearls, go to her. Then complete all of the tasks. Then beat the Dirty Bubble atop the Sea Needle. If you did it. You will be exiting the game. And checking your progress is that is still saying "99%" if you find a way to get 100% you will finish the game. (00:50:20 - 00:50:50)
Bug: Lisa the Treehugger. Xbox 360. In the last map it can occur that the timer to rescue Carl and Lenny drops down to 20 seconds after a few unsuccessful attempts, thus breaking the game.
Bug: You can see, during some songs, when the characters bend down, their leg goes through the guitar(mainly Slash).
Bug: Towering Mountain: towards the top of the mountain, though closer to the middle, there is a spot where a TNT box is supposed to drop down for you to use to blast your Spectraball up to the next ledge. Sometimes when you get the TNT to spawn, it will get stuck in the air just out of reach. Sometimes it will still be low enough that if you get a running start at it you can jump and still hit it. But it can also stick too high for that even and you have to restart the level, as the TNT is right at a check point so it is saves stuck in the air at the check point.
Bug: Suburbia: In the last wave, the Patriach will often get stuck against cars and just jump in place, unable to move.
Bug: If you select the Grim Reaper in career mode, then select another character, but they must have their outfit unlocked, and they will be playing the scythe, even though it's only for the Grim Reaper.
Bug: In this game, unlike the sequels, the CPU players will go after any item that spawns with reckless abandon. If there are just two level 9 CPU players on the stage, and an item spawns, they will both go for it. If they are equal or approximately equal distance from it on opposite sides, they will steadily walk towards it. Once they get within a certain distance of each other, their Level 9 defense programming kicks in, and they will shield roll past each other, and the item. Get up, and do it again, and again, and again bringing the fight to a standstill until the item fades away.
Bug: If an NPC zombie is too close to certain obstacles, they will appear to be crouched on the ground. The Collision is just enough to cause them to not be able to make any sideways movement unless they are activated, thus they will just be crouched on the ground slowly rotating around. It is comical for a group of zombies to be doing this while occupying the same space, as they have a dog pile effect making a tower of crouched rotating zombies.
Bug: Not sure if this can be done on today's consoles but, this could actually be accomplished on the original NES. Two controllers must be plugged into the NES. Take a heavy item [i.e. A book or stapler.] and place it on the right directional button on the second controller and keep it there. Next, fall into a pit and wait for an enemy to go over the pit. When this happens, Megaman's energy will be completely depleted. After that happens, press the jump button on the first controller and Megaman will jump out of the pit and will now be invincible throughout the rest of the level as long as the right directional controller on the second stays pressed down. Note: this will only work when playing the first part of the game which involves Dr. Wily's minions but, won't work when the player makes it to Dr. Wily's lair.
Bug: Return Of The King, Level 4: The Battle Of Pelennor Fields - The orc army is approaching Minas Tirith at the start of the level clip. But as the "camera" pans around, half of the orcs literally disappear.
Bug: When taking off in the glider with the tow-plane, if you are using the virtual cockpit view, you can see the tow-rope through the glider instrument panel.
Bug: When you get the fireball effect (when exiting the orbit or at very high speeds) if you try to turn too much with the Delta-Glider that comes with the game, after a while the ailerons (which are also the elevators) come off yet you can still pull up or pull down without any movement of the elevator (which are the ailerons and are removed) but you cannot turn at all.
Bug: Episode 2, Get Tannen: When the man at the speakeasy says "Who told you to come here?", answer the question with Hieronymus Bosch. After this line, the man at the speakeasy can be seen with his head literally through the door. Then he pulls his head back into the speakeasy door. This will only happen if he says "What will you do tomorrow?"
