Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Andy is seen eating a bagel, then the shot changes and she has no bagel, but when she goes down the stairs into the subway the bagel is back in her hand.
Continuity mistake: Tai and Cher are hugging when they are watching Travis' skateboarding competition. Cher starts out on the left and Tai on the right. They hug in that position and then mysteriously end their hug on opposite sides.
Other mistake: When the Pirates are arrested in Nineveh, another soldier walks up to Jonah and knocks him out with a fish. When this happens, Jonah is wearing the Cheese Curl hat. When he comes to on the Slap of No Return, he is wearing his turban again. Would the soldiers change his hat?
Continuity mistake: When the eggs pop out of her bag and start cooking on the counter, they're in different positions depending on whether it's a close up or wide shot. (00:18:55)
Revealing mistake: In the final scene when Annie and Sam are exiting the observation deck coming towards the elevators, the New York skyline backdrop which should be visible behind them is missing, and the entire sound stage wall can be seen beyond the observation deck safety railings instead. Character mistake: When Mr. Rogue is spinning the globe to assign countries to the students he spins for Albert Morio, and he puts his finger just west of North America and says "Lebanon." Lebanon is in Asia, slightly northeast of Egypt and we can see Egypt on the globe on the other side of where his finger is at. He's nowhere near Lebanon.
Revealing mistake: Right after one of the Mountie's cars is split in half by the snowplow, you can see the mini-wheel used to keep the half-car propped up.
Revealing mistake: During the scene where Arnold's character is escaping from the mansion at the beginning of the movie, there is a part where he is running down a snowy hill through trees. At one point during the hill scene, Arnold does a flip head first. When he lands the flip, you can clearly see the stunt double's face as he turns to shoot at more bad guys. (00:13:30)
Other mistake: While Nisi and Mickey are in the kitchen, when Isaac and Manley walk in, on the counter is a box of instant grits with tape covering its brand name (Quaker) and a bit of tape covering the face of the company logo. Then when Mr. Blakemore takes out the ice cream there's tape covering its brand name as well.
Visible crew/equipment: When the blob just misses Laverne, you can see a crew member under the raft (probably operating the mechanical special effect).
Other mistake: When Leela is signing the petition, Amy grows a third arm for a split second.
Continuity mistake: While Gino and Arliss are at the restaurant stressing about finding the dog, Gino tells Arliss that he hates Tommy because he has no respect, and when the cell phone rings two cans of dog food suddenly appear on the table in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: Once Jack puts the beans in the ground, Jerry covers them up with dirt and pats it down flat. The dirt is perfectly level with the rest of the ground. Then Jack yawns and stretches, and it cuts back to Tom and Jerry. Suddenly the dirt covering the beans is a small mound sticking up with Jerry standing on it. (00:20:05)

Continuity mistake: After trying to entice the primitive tribe with flashy clothes and a boom box, Alvin and Simon get tied to a hut. The four ropes around their wrists are initially tied together in one knot right above their heads. Continuity mistake: When Lucy awakens at 4:00 AM she checks on Linus and then puts him to bed. In some shots there's a window over Linus' bed, but in other shots the window has vanished, and there's only a shelf over the bed. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: When Moana is throwing sticks into the ground, after she starts singing, look back at that spot and all the thrown sticks have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Kirk Lazarus tricks Tugg Speedman into giving him the map, in one shot one of the shotgun shells on his back in his artillery belt is out of place and not lined up with the rest of them. In the very next shot, all the shotgun shells are lined up and in place evenly. (00:44:05)
Continuity mistake: 35 minutes into the film, Cher enters her bedroom with a bowl in her right hand and a bottle in the left. When she gets into bed, both have switched hands.
