Revealing mistake: The film was rushed to theaters, leaving a few mistakes which Universal fixed. In the original cut, toward the end, Judi Dench's human hand is visible, complete with her wedding ring. This was fixed for the re-release.
Continuity mistake: The plate on the vehicle (Silver Mustang - IV6866R), appears in one scene and disappears in the next. (01:21:10)
Continuity mistake: Gabriela's luggage crashes down the slope into the vehicle of the beefy co-protagonist. During the scene, the bra on the pickup's hood is positioned in an obvious different way (also coming lower onto the fender's arc) between shots. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: While fighting in the zeppelin, Dwayne Johnson falls to the right of a manhole. When the angle changes he is on the lower part of it.
Factual error: The time is set in 1980 but the cars on the motorway are not remotely appropriate for the era. (00:01:36)
Revealing mistake: When Nix tells Miles, "Just kill Riktor for me," Nix rushes out shooting at everyone, and in some of the following shots the actress has chroma key fabric wrapped around the two "missing" fingers which Dane severed earlier. The chroma key fabric was used for effects editing, but those shots were missed in post production. After Nix has opened her trench coat, those fingers are "missing" properly. (01:21:10)
Factual error: The American soldier on the balcony is waving a 50 star flag. (01:30:06)
Continuity mistake: When the movie ends and Aladdin exits the palace the passers by behind are not continuous between shots, check the woman in a salmon coloured sari, for example, who walks by twice.
Continuity mistake: In the first scene at Grandma's house, she wakes Nicole and Henry up early, and tells him to go make mom some coffee. Between shots there are different continuity errors; at first the sheet is rumpled, then the blanket is covering it entirely, then when Grandma leans in and kisses him you can notice Scarlett's right arm first on her chest then behind her back, and Azhy Robertson's chest is uncovered in the second shot when he was still under the blanket up to his neck earlier. Continuity mistake: The tassel on Molly's graduation cap disappears at the end of her speech, then reappears later.
Other mistake: When the characters go to the Himalayas, the whole time, like for 20 mins, including the confrontation scene, they are all wearing casual, short-sleeved shirts. You can see Mr. Burnish's henchmen wearing winter clothing, while the main characters don't freeze to death. They only start getting cold after a long time.
Continuity mistake: When agent H is being chased by the MIB agents through the market streets of Marrakesh, he runs past the same extra twice in two separate streets: a young guy with a goatee, wearing a brown robe with red collar and a backpack. (01:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When Pope Ratzinger and Cardinal Bergoglio are having lunch with pizza and drink, the Pope places a Fanta bottle on his side on the right. When he says the prayer and the shot is from the above, the bottle returns to its place next to the other one and then it is again on the Pope's side. (01:34:45)
Continuity mistake: When Buzz is first put on the prize board at the carnival game, Ducky and Bunny are hanging further down and Ducky is pretty much level with Buzz. Later on, they are hanging higher up and Ducky struggles to reach Buzz when trying to kick him. (00:34:22 - 00:43:00)
Continuity mistake: En route from the front door of Wayne's mansion to the table in the Batcave, the pile of pizza boxes in Alfred and then in Mike's hands continues to change in size and number: at first the pizza girl delivers 11 boxes, Mike slams on the table just 8, but he brought down the stairs twice that amount (without counting through freeze-frame the precise numbers, it's simply obvious at first glance that the pile is bigger in some shots and the pizzas themselves are pictured of inconsistent size).
Other mistake: When Cliff fights Bruce Lee the doors are already dented before Bruce gets tossed into them.
Visible crew/equipment: Amo just passed out in the back of the car. Vic opens the front door to sit in the passenger seat; in the window, the boom mike is reflected. (00:39:00)
Continuity mistake: When Emma is with the clients at the beginning of the movie, Doug's ginger pen once he mentions 'rebranding' is either in his hand or on the notepad, depending on the angle of the shot. (00:04:10)
Other mistake: In the fight at the beginning of the movie, Kim bends over and launches her jet-pack towards the villains. Almost everyone falls down way before the jet comes anywhere near and/or receive no impact, but they are KO as if they took a rocket to the gut. (00:01:40)
