Other mistake: When Wai Lin lets go of the handcuff after handcuffing Bond to the water pipe you can see the handcuff accidentally come open. It was obviously never locked even though they added the sound of it clicking locked. (01:21:15)
Other mistake: When the Goldeneye is first fired, watch as the planes collide and then explode, one at a time. The plane that blows up closest to the camera is the exact same explosion, debris and all, that occurs when the second satellite is destroyed at the end of the film in space. (00:39:00 - 01:57:00)
Other mistake: In the boat chase on the Tapirape, Bond's torpedo hits the enemy boat either on its back or left side, but neither are damaged by the explosion in a subsequent shot. (01:18:15)
Other mistake: When Fatima Blush intentionally water-skis straight up the ramp to the waterfront bar where James Bond catches her, she apologizes, "How reckless of me! I made you all wet!" To which Bond replies with his classic line, "Yes, but my martini's still dry." However, Bond's beige sport jacket (which should instantly show any water stains) is not in the least bit wet.
Other mistake: When Loti is shot three times, all three bullet holes appear on her at the same time.
