Continuity mistake: During the scene where Akima gets out of the shower, we see Cale going over some of the stuff she collected that's sitting on her table. On it there is a baseball and a picture frame that's lying flat on the table. Cale picks up the baseball, says something to Akima and puts the baseball back down on the table, where it rolls over the picture frame as if it was flat as the table.
Continuity mistake: When Donnie steals Chuckie's clothes and glasses, Chuckie puts on Donnie's shorts and complains about his eyesight. But later in the movie, when he doesn't have his glasses, it seems he can see just fine. Then, when he gets his glasses back, he says something like "I can see again."
Continuity mistake: The group who set out for Flutter Valley are chased by Ahhg the giant spider after tickling him and slipping away unnoticed. As they make a dash towards a nearby cliff, Gingerbread (white Pony with purple, pink and blue hair) and Baby Lickety Split (light purple with pink hair) have somehow joined the group, but Baby Lickety Split should be with the Grundles and Spike and Gingerbread should be back at Paradise Estate.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Griffins are having breakfast and Stewie is drunk, Brian has one egg on his plate, and some bacon. After Stewie jumps from the shelf, Brian has two eggs and no bacon.
Continuity mistake: When Scrooge walks into the Cratchit home at the end, there is a "Home Sweet Home" plaque on the wall. The shot then cuts away from it. The next time the plaque is visible, its lettering has changed.
Continuity mistake: The sequence in which Dragon is chasing Mrs. Brisby through the field, up the tree and eventually into the mill's lake, watch his eyes. The original placement is (from viewer's perspective) blue on the right and gold on the left. When he chases her up the tree the gold one is visible on the right, it then switches back when the camera cuts back to a wide shot. This happens again a few seconds later near the lake.
Continuity mistake: After Train transports everyone across the narrow bridge over the lava, he slouches down to the ground in relief. In the next shot he is standing straight, looking normal.
Continuity mistake: When Minty arrives at the North Pole in a balloon, she passes Santa's house twice.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when we find out that Shang is alive, we see a stick floating through the water which gets caught by a tree trunk sticking out. Then when the shot goes into a close up for Shang coming into frame, the stick has suddenly disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Merida is climbing the rock to drink from the waterfall the rock is several meters away from the waterfall, but a few shots later it is centimeters away.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the first film Mumble has lost most of his down, because his bow tie has yellow markings, however in the second movie he has somehow grown his down back.
Continuity mistake: When Valiant flies down the gun barrel, he takes off his backpack and helmet, and he lays them down in the barrel before squeezing through the back of the gun. When he comes back out through the gun with the other birds, the backpack and helmet are not there.
