The One With Mac & C.H.E.E.S.E. - S6-E20

Plot hole: When Chandler is in Joey's apartment, he answers the phone and says, "Joey's not here right now, can I take a message?" A split-second later, we hear Chandler say, "Yeah, so the audition's been moved from 5:00 to 2:30?" It would be 100% impossible, within the fraction of a second that Chandler is silent, for the other party to pass along the fact that Joey's audition has been moved and the new start time. In fact, there wouldn't have been time to speak more than a couple of syllables.

The One With Mac & C.H.E.E.S.E. - S6-E20

Continuity mistake: As Chandler is writing on the board to remind himself about Joey's audition, the door opens as he's writing "Joey", and there are a bunch of squiggly lines under the y. As Chandler is thinking back at that moment and it moves to present tense, he looks over to the board, and the squiggly lines are different.

The One With The Routine - S6-E10

Visible crew/equipment: As soon as Janine gets up to leave the coffee house, a bright stage light with a camera and camera man right below it can be seen.

The One With The Ball - S5-E21

Continuity mistake: When Rachel is outside the coffee shop trying to sell the cat, in between shots, it goes from a standing to sitting position multiple times.

The One With The Secret Closet - S8-E14

Visible crew/equipment: When Chandler walk in Joey's apartment and say "Rachel's all moved out, huh?" as he walks towards Joey a lot of set lights are visible above their heads.

The One With Ross's Inappropriate Song - S9-E7

Other mistake: When Joey and Chandler are watching Richard's sex tape the screen is off right before Monica comes in, and yet she sees the video playing (you can still hear sex noises with the screen off).

The One Where They're Up All Night - S7-E12

Visible crew/equipment: Right after Tag wonders if he can see his apartment from there, when Ross says "wow, look at all the stars" a boom-mic is visible for a short amount of time.

The One with the Boobies - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When they're all sitting together and having pizza, talking about parents, Rachel has no napkin. When she says: "Just think, in a couple of years we get to turn into them", a bunched up napkin appears beside her on the couch. After Chandler's remark it has disappeared again, then it appears and reappears again between shots.

The One Where Emma Cries - S9-E2

Continuity mistake: When Chandler wakes up and spits out the balloons, his legs change between shots from being crossed to having one foot on the table and back, at least twice.

The One Where Old Yeller Dies - S2-E20

Continuity mistake: When Monica asks Chandler and Joey to take Richard to the Knicks, Joey tells Monica, "We will bring him, but only if he takes the Jaguar." Chandler then drops his head in mortification, and the scene then cuts to focus on Monica's expression. In the right corner of this cut, you can see Chandler is looking ahead, and his mouth is moving as if he is continuing a conversation, but there is nothing being said during this scene. The camera then cuts to a different angle where Chandler lifts his head from the earlier drop just before he speaks to Joey.

The One Where Monica Gets a Roommate - S1-E1

Audio problem: The camera cuts briefly to Chandler as the friends are discussing Monica's love life. During this very brief time, you can see Phoebe's mouth moving but there is no audio of her voice, and Monica's voice is heard talking in the background instead.

The One With Mac & C.H.E.E.S.E. - S6-E20

Other mistake: When we see the chess board at Central Perk that Ross and Chandler are using, the black pawn in front of the black knight nearest the camera is missing, and from the arrangement of the white pieces, it cannot have been captured yet.

Knever

The One With Rachel's Phone Number - S9-E9

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Chandler pretends that he just got home from Tulsa and meets Joey who is waiting in the hallway outside the apartment, the camera cuts between Chandler and Joey. Every time the camera shows Chandler, there is a wooden wall at the left edge of the screen with an orange tape. This is evidently part of the set, because when the camera cuts to Joey, the wooden wall with the orange tape is nowhere to be seen.

The One With The Lesbian Wedding - S2-E11

Revealing mistake: The first time we see Rachel's mom in the coffee house, Rachel puts her coat on the hook by the door. When she does this the wall visibly shakes.

R123M

The One with the Ick Factor - S1-E22

Revealing mistake: In the scene where they are in the coffee shop talking about Rachel's dream about Chandler. Rachel is carrying a coffee pot around then sits down. When she sits she puts her hand under the coffee pot, which would be extremely hot if it were real.

mon

The One With the Baby on the Bus - S2-E6

Audio problem: When the lady on the street (played by Lea Thompson) is talking to Joey and Chandler, her mouth and her voice are not in sync.

The One With The Ultimate Fighting Champion - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: Ross buys the Ultimate Fighting Combo, a large pop and popcorn at the fight, but when he and Monica sit down, they are never seen again. Furthermore, when Monica talks to Pete at the ring, you can see that the Combo was not set on the floor.

The One With The Princess Leia Fantasy - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: In the seen where Monica is shouting "why hasn't he called" she is holding a juice bottle, but when the shot cuts to Phoebe she is holding a glass.

The One At The Beach - S3-E25

Continuity mistake: When Joey wakes up all covered in sand, his right "breast" has a big crack. But when the camera angle changes, the crack has gone.

The One with the Candy Hearts - S1-E14

Revealing mistake: When Chandler bangs his head on the bathroom wall after realising Janice is at the restaurant, the wall wobbles, revealing it is part of the set.
