Continuity mistake: Lieutenant Provenza is showing Brenda the video footage of the (innocent) suspect in a parking lot far from the crime scene at the time of the murder he's accused of. This proves him innocent, but the suspect has been said to be there for 8 minutes, time enough to 'do a needle', but the time stamp on the video says 10:35 pm when the car arrives and 12:35 when the guy gets into it to leave. 2 hours. Continuity mistake: Just before the body of the dead police officer is brought out of the warehouse, Brenda is seen carrying her bag in her right hand down by her side. Cut to a closer shot and the bag is on her right shoulder. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: Brenda is questioning the ex-wife. Her hair moves back and forth over her right shoulder. (00:37:40)
Continuity mistake: There's a yellow line on the ground next to Brenda's head while she is lying down and talking to Gabriel. This line is either on the left or right side in different shots throughout the conversation. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: As the camera cuts back and forth to Taylor eating a rice cake during one of the team's brainstorming sessions at the murder board, the half-eaten rice cake gets smaller and then suddenly larger again several times.
In Custody - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: At the very end, as Brenda lays her head on Fritz's chest, Joel, the cat, is on Fritz's lap. Cut to the next shot and the cat is now sitting comfortably on the sofa next to him. (00:41:40)
