Continuity mistake: In the scene where the shootout starts in the previous episode, Walter is handcuffed in the back of the SUV and trying to get to the floorboard to avoid the gunfire, and his glasses eventually fall off. After the gunfight when he is yelling at Jack from the back of the SUV, his glasses are back on his face, which would be hard to do handcuffed.
Continuity mistake: When Walter drops the plate, it shatters into four pieces, with one piece sliding to the edge of the frame, where it stops without splitting further. The other three are in clear view and are in three intact parts. We cut away and back, and now the piece on the right is suddenly shattered into several smaller pieces. Also, the fourth piece that slid out of frame is still there when Walt wakes up, and he picks it up with the rest. The piece that Krazy-8 grabbed was too small to be one of the original four pieces the plate split into, and the piece closest to him didn't shatter further. In addition, when Walter reassembles the plate, the pieces don't match up with what they were in the basement. After the mysterious second shattering, there should be 8 total pieces of plate. If the piece Krazy-8 grabbed broke off from another part, that would mean 9 pieces. Yet Walt's reconstructed plate has only 6 parts plus the gap for Krazy-8's piece. Also, the final plate has smaller pieces at opposite ends, which wouldn't be possible given where the quadrants broke. Walter reassembles the plate upside down, so the part on top to the left of the gap (combined with the piece that is missing) is likely the piece that slid toward Krazy-8. So the large solid piece to the right of the gap would have been the piece that shattered into 5 pieces, but it is intact here. There is also a smaller piece between the piece Krazy-8 could have broken his piece from and the piece next to it, but this piece couldn't have come from either piece when the plate broke or if Krazy-8 broke his piece off the other piece. When Walter picked the pieces up, the piece closest to Krazy-8 was a single piece.

Continuity mistake: When Hank is standing between the ATM and the pumps at the gas station, the shadow cast by the roof over the pumps shifts between shots. The shot from away, taken next to the pole with the Indian logo was taken earlier in the day, casting a long shadow. The other shots have a higher sun which has moved by several hours.
Continuity mistake: When Walt is sitting on the overpass it is clear that his car is parked on the part that straddles the median between the lanes, but when the shot is inside his car the view appears as if he is parked directly over the right lanes of traffic.

Continuity mistake: When Pinkman and White are having breakfast in the diner, the items on the table keep changing in each shot. Specifically, the jelly, the milk, the cup with the cream and, most noticeably, the rolled napkin with the cutlery inside: Sometimes folded, others opened.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Walt and his wife are talking at the breakfast table the milk carton is facing a certain way. Five seconds later it has completely turned the other direction. The wife is holding a baby, and no sound is heard to indicate that she moved the milk carton in any way.

Continuity mistake: Walt is driving down a deserted road singing "A Horse with No Name." You can see the roadway behind him through the hole in the headrest. At first, the road is empty. But then a white vehicle quickly approaches. The camera angle changes and there are no vehicles behind him, but a police car coming from the opposite direction passes and makes a u-turn. When the camera angle is back inside Walt's car, the white vehicle turns out to be the police car that just made a u-turn.
Continuity mistake: Walt Jr gets Walt Sr to drink apple juice in the hospital, he takes a drink from a cup that's 3/4 full, then sits the half full cup down. Hank comes in and camera focuses on him. When the camera returns to a wider shot the cup of apple juice is now 3/4 full again.
Continuity mistake: When Badger is talking to the cop at the start, a guy behind them gets on his bike and cycles off behind a pillar but never appears the other side of the pillar. Given the width of the pillar you should see him instantly. He just vanishes.
Continuity mistake: When the woman is collecting the clothing at the Hi-Lo Mart, the position of the shoes she is carrying changes between shots. In the first shot the toes of the shoe are pointed at the ground, In the second they are aimed up over her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Mike and Walt and Jesse are driving toward each other in the desert and they both spin out to avoid a wreck, Mike can be seen leaving his Cadillac, which is in the middle of the road/tire tracks, and the front wheels are in the tire tracks. In the middle of the scene, the Cadillac has moved to the right slightly, but is still in the road. At the end of the scene when the three drive off together, the Cadillac is seen off the road, having moved significantly to the right without a driver present.

Continuity mistake: When Hank arrives with takeout food from Los Pollos Hermanos, Walt picks up a container, but in the next shot he isn't holding it. Also when Walt places a chicken breast on Skyler's plate, it disappears in the next shot, but re-appears in the shot after that. There is a lot of back and forth with the food in this scene.
Continuity mistake: In episode 2-10, Walt installed a new gas water heater. The gas lines run from the left wall to heater mounted on the back wall of the utility room. In episode 4-11, Walt is in the crawl space under the utility room. The gas lines are no longer visible.
Continuity mistake: While Walt is out of his car and arguing with the police officer, there are other cars visible in the far distance behind him. The cars appear and disappear in between shots, there isn't time for them to pass and we don't hear them pass.
Continuity mistake: When season 1 left off, at the very end of the last episode, Tuco examines the blue meth seriously and says, "What is this shit? This is blue." At the start of season 2, the scene is repeated, only when Tuco sees the blue meth, he laughs and then says "What is this? It's blue." Even though its supposed to be the same scene, the dialogue is slightly different and Tuco's demeanor is completely different.
Continuity mistake: When Walt is talking about his operation, in the hospital Cafeteria after Hank is shot. He says the line "Lying there waiting for them to anesthetize you." From one angle, he is shown looking forward, while from the next angle, he is turned around facing Marie.
Continuity mistake: Just after Hank crushes Leonel's legs by backing into him, Marco starts shooting into Hank's Jeep. You can see Hank crawling into the rear seat to escape through the side door. But as soon as the camera angle changes to inside the Jeep, Hank is back in the driver's seat and crawls out again.
Continuity mistake: When we see the basement while Krazy-8 is alive, we can see that there is no light coming in from outside or any windows. When Jesse returns and goes to the basement all of a sudden there is loads of daylight streaming into the basement.
