FlashForward

137 Sekunden - S1-E3

Factual error: When browsing for information about the crow deaths in the Ganwar Region of Somalia, the computer indicates that the CDC requested additional funding from DHS. The only problem with that is, DHS was formed in 2002, 11 years after the incident in Ganwar. (00:40:05)

Suggested correction: Although the Department of Homeland Security - commonly abbreviated as DHS - was not formed until 2002, in the later episode "Revelation Zero" it is indicated that DHS stands for an agency called Demographic and Health Services.

137 Sekunden - S1-E3

Factual error: There is a scene which shows the Blackbird population as a graph on the computer monitor. On the day of the FlashForward event, this graph shows the Blackbird population dying off in October, but there is a mistake because the graph also shows "November" and "December" values which did not yet occur.

Factual error: During the chase scene near the start of the episode, the Cadillac Escalade collides with a small white Ford pickup truck head-on, sending the pickup sailing into the air, and crashing down, rolling onto its roof. The Escalade has absolutely no damage from this impact - literally not even a scratch. Clearly this is an impossible result. The front of the body would be heavily damaged and the airbags would have been activated at the high rate of speed.

A561984 - S1-E10

Factual error: In Episode 10, A561984, Simon asks for the image of the Somalia terrain to be enlarged, and when he sees the image of the Specialised Laser for a Pulse Afterburner, his attitude suggests that he expected to see it on the Solmalian landscape. But then talks about it being in its design stage, and is surprised when Janice reveals that it is already a real structure. (00:18:10)
