The Inbetweeners mistake picture

Thorpe Park - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When the boys are on the Nemesis Inferno, Will sits at the front while the rest sit behind him, and this leaves the right outside seat free. However, when the roller coaster is moving, the mounted camera shows that Simon, Jay and Neil have all moved one seat to the right, meaning that Simon is now on the right outside seat instead of it being free. Caravan Club - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When the boys are arguing at the side of the road, there is a shot of Jay with a red van approaching them. Camera cuts to Will for a few seconds then back to Jay, and the red van is in the same place despite driving down the road. (00:21:35)

Caravan Club - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: After Will's taken his shoes off, they are taken by the group of younger boys behind him who start throwing the shoes between them as Will tries to get them back. The boy in blue with the number 23 on his jumper and the dark blue strip down the arms changes position between shots, from left of shot to back of shot, to left of shot. (00:14:05)

Neil Jones

Thorpe Park - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Neil is jumping around in his Mr Monkey costume because a wasp has entered it, you can see a family of a mum, girl and a boy in a stripey T-shirt in the background and a group of onlookers. When Neil is bouncing up and down on his back, the family and the onlookers are present. When he first takes the costume's head off after standing up, there is no crowd or family of three behind him (though a second boy in similar clothing can be seen, its not the same kid who was with his family). After a cut to his friends and back, the crowd and family of three have suddenly reappeared behind Neil.

Bunk Off - S1-E2

Question: Why do the boys decide to steal their parent's booze? They have three bottles of spirits between four of them, which is more than enough for them to get drunk. In fact, in Will Is Home Alone, they share twenty cans of beer between the four of them (five each, all things being equal), and are dreadfully hungover the next morning. Assume this is classed as a character mistake, it just makes no sense.

Answer: Jay, Si and Will steal Simons dad booze as they are planning on meeting Carly later on and have lost their own supply when kicked out of Neil's place by his dad after being caught and insulted.
