Continuity mistake: When Ralph catches the guy in the van Bill pulls his car up alongside, and when Bill gets out of the car he has a blood stained gauze bandage around his left hand, but as Bill cuffs the guy in the closeup the gauze bandage has vanished. (00:28:20)

Deliberate mistake: While Bill and Ralph are with Starlet in the motel room and the shooting starts Bill tells Ralph to go get the guys, and when Ralph changes into his suit and flies out of the window, the shot inside the bathroom is a flipped shot. Not only is Ralph's watch on the wrong wrist in this shot, but later the bathroom is shown the correct way. (00:15:15)

Deliberate mistake: When Starlet asks Ralph if he believes that stars can predict his future, Bill tells them to put a dimmer on the googoo eyes because of the killers on their tails, and the two shots facing Bill are flipped. (00:14:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ralph tries to warn the President's chopper pilot about the danger in landing, while Ralph is in mid-air the stunt cables and carabiner hooks are visible at Ralph's waist in a few shots. Continuity mistake: When Pam, Ralph, and Bill are in the wiener wagon, Bill pulls over and uses the curbside telephone to call Phillips. Bill is wearing a grey jacket and white tee shirt underneath, but as Bill hangs up the phone in the closeup the reflection on the pay telephone's chrome surface shows someone who is wearing a short-sleeve light blue shirt. Visible crew/equipment: When Ralph shakes off Bill's guns from the bedspread he tells Bill that he's gone commandeer crazy, then as Bill walks toward the gun pieces on the floor we can see the reflection of the film crew in the mirror. (00:03:30)
Continuity mistake: While King's ranch hands are illegally gathering up the mustangs, Matt gets on the walkie talkie to tell others to go after the black stallion, then when two of the men on horseback chase the stallion the horses they're riding change during this scene - note the white facial markings and coat. Continuity mistake: The small horse trailer hitched up to the back of Ralph and Pam's station wagon has the license plate number, T-479E5, which is visible a few times, then when Ralph is on King's property he gets a vision of Desperado's location, and just as Ralph does his vanishing thing, one of King's horse trailers has the same license plate with the number, T-479E5. Visible crew/equipment: While Ralph and Pam are watching the mustangs Ralph starts taking pictures, then when Pam points to the black stallion, in the first shot of that beautiful stallion the animal trainer can be seen hiding behind the bush. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: After Ralph stops two of King's ranch hands from getting Desperado, Ralph is beaten up and left lying on the ground, then just as Desperado nudges Ralph awake Ralph's shirt is entirely different in this shot. Also, note the horse's feed on the ground under Ralph, used to keep the horse's attention so it appears to be nudging Ralph. (00:05:45)
Revealing mistake: When Ralph picks up the guy who was stealing mustangs and takes off with him over his shoulder, while they're in the air the cushion under Ralph is visible in the closeups. (00:18:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After Ralph walks into his house with Bill and Dak, when Bill explains to Pam that Dak will be spending the night, the T-mark is visible on the floor in front of Bill. (00:31:05)
Revealing mistake: When Bill is pushed out of the helicopter and Ralph rescues him in mid-air, its obvious in some shots that it is two sky-divers dressed as Ralph and Bill. Firstly you can see the parachute back-pack bulges on both men. Also the wind is blowing up on Ralph even though he isn't meant to be descending.
The Best Desk Scenario - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: After the successful junkyard arrests, when it cuts to Ralph and Pam walking outside at the high school they stop at Ralph's new office. Its exterior door is white with three nameplates attached, and a brick wall perpendicular to it, but a few minutes later, while Bill and Ralph are arguing it cuts to another exterior shot of Ralph's office, and now the door is blue with one nameplate attached, and the brick wall has vanished. Reseda Rose - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: During the meeting on the beach, while Bill remains on the hill Ralph flies to the surfaced submarine, and in Ralph's closeups on the sub the crinkled black set wall behind him is painfully obvious.
