Visible crew/equipment: When Ike removes the gas pump from John's truck he turns to put it away, and the black wire as well as the bulging outline of the mic transmitter are visible at the back of his waist. Then after John pays Ike for the gas, Calvin pulls alongside John just as he reaches up to wipe his truck's windshield, and we can see the bulging outline of the mic transmitter and its wire on John's back.
Visible crew/equipment: After Muffin spends the night at the Walton house, while she and John-Boy are at the Rockfish bus station, when the bus pulls away the reflections of the camera, crew, and equipment are visible on passenger windows. Also, note, the Newport News bus has license plate number "T-3984" which has been used in previous episodes on other vehicles. (00:19:00)

Visible crew/equipment: While Ann is riding the blue bicycle trying to catch up to Curtis, in the second closeup of Curtis driving the vehicle, the reflections of equipment and crew members who are in front of his moving car are visible on the windshield. (00:47:50)
Visible crew/equipment: After John-Boy quietly leaves his home to search for his sister it cuts to a long shot of Jamie and Mary Ellen, and at the lower right side of the screen we can see a crew member wearing eyeglasses moving around, with equipment in front of him. (00:34:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Ep comes to take Holly away John changes his mind, and when he invites Ep for coffee we can see the T-mark (plastic type) on the ground, where Esther and Zeb will stand in a moment. (00:14:45)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, while Miss Prissom and Matthew Fordwick are driving to the Waltons they are alone in the vehicle, but when Miss Prissom tells Matthew about the Buddhists from her village, we can see the hand of a crew member moving around behind Miss Prissom. (00:02:25)
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when John-Boy thinks he may know where AJ has gone he gets into the vehicle with Martin Walters, then as Todd starts driving away the reflection of a reflector screen becomes visible on the rear window, and it looks like the reflection of the boom operator's raised arm is visible as well. Visible crew/equipment: After Olivia and Esther leave for the bus to Richmond, when it cuts to Mary Ellen telling everyone that Erin isn't feeling well and she can't talk, the boom mic pops into view at the bottom of the screen, towards the right. (00:12:00)

Visible crew/equipment: While Verdie and John-Boy are in front of Godsey's, when the bus drives towards the camera the reflections of crew members, including one wearing a bright red sweatshirt, are visible on the windshield. Then as Verdie steps up onto the bus, the reflection of equipment and a crew member wearing sunglasses are visible to the left of the doorway. (00:47:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After John stops Frank from going after Son Slater, when Olivia walks over to John and stands beside him, the lavalier microphone is visible under Olivia's blouse, below the collar. (00:46:20)

Visible crew/equipment: After Olivia lays down on the beach while John continues to fish, when it cuts to Ike and Corabeth on the motorcycle and sidecar, a director's chair (beside the normal Walton lawn chair) is visible at the left side of the screen, just as they turn toward the home. (00:25:50)
The Waiting - S8-E10
Visible crew/equipment: While John and Olivia are getting ready to leave for Alexandria, Ike arrives on his motorcycle and grabs the newspaper from the back, and in the next shot just as Ike says hi to everybody, we see the outline of the mic transmitter on Ike's back with its wire leading up to his shoulder. The Waiting - S8-E10
Visible crew/equipment: When the newspaper stack is delivered to the front of Godsey's, just as Ike walks out we can see the boom pole/mic at the left side of the screen, moving and hovering above the ground. (00:02:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After Olivia kisses John Curtis goodbye it cuts to a wideshot, and as Mary Ellen hands the baby to Erin before they leave, the lighting equipment on the porch is visible at the left side of the screen. (00:32:15)
Visible crew/equipment: After Cindy brushes Virginia's hair it cuts to Mary Ellen and Erin serving Rose, and in the background we can see the green tape mark on the floor near Elizabeth, then when Elizabeth walks toward the table the yellow T-mark is also visible on the floor behind Ben. (00:37:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Zeb pulls Esther into the living room with everyone else, Zeb walks over to the small black tape mark on the rug and stands on his mark. Then, as Zeb begins to talk about Erin's entry into the contest, in this wide shot lighting equipment is visible at the right side of the screen. It's visible again when John hugs Erin in the last shot of the scene. (00:25:00)
