Actually, Hannah Montana: The Movie was being shot before that episode. Yet, they act like the family never even went to Tennessee. Even Lily (and I forget about Oliver) went. In a different episode, Jackson and his father were talking about college. The dad says something like "I know that college in Tennessee didn't work out." Jackson tried doing college in Tennessee. That part is from the movie. So, some scenes act like Hannah Montana: The Movie happened, and others don't.
