Continuity mistake: Jill's hairstyle changes too frequently during the episode: sometimes her hair is curly, sometimes straight, sometimes there's lots of movement in her hair. Jill often displays a completely different hairstyle in scenes which are separated by no less than one hour.
Continuity mistake: Kelly wears a visor and a pair of sunglasses. She throws them into the water and then she dives. Some scenes later she still has both the visor and the glasses. (00:44:00)
Continuity mistake: Kelly marks an X on a map with a lipstick tube: watching the movements of her hands, it appears the X is rather small. However, the close shot of the map reveals a rather big X. In addition, on the map there are two purses, one hair brush, one lipstick tube and a pencil; their position on the map changes during shots. (00:31:10)
Continuity mistake: Kris drinks a cup of drugged coffee and then she is kidnapped by Eddie. Her nails are not painted. Some scenes later, she wakes up in a dungeon: her nails are painted. (00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: Kelly, Sabrina and Bosley are in the office. All three are very worried about Kris, since they don't know where she is. Sabrina says, "Her car is not there". Actually, the previous shot has shown Kris' car (Cobra II) parked in front of the office. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: Sabrina wears a pair of big earrings despite not having worn them in the previous shots. (00:10:30)
Other mistake: There are at least three mistakes/errors in the scene where Kris is hit by the car. First of all, the image is evidently sped up during the collision. Then, when Kris gets up after the collision, there are three green trash bins in front of her which did not appear in the previous shot. Finally, it is physically impossible that those three trash bins can still stand after being hit by a car. (00:03:40 - 00:04:20)
Revealing mistake: During the air show, there is a shot focusing on the spectators watching the exhibition. The same identical shot is shown some minutes later. (00:19:00 - 00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: While listening to the rehearsal, Sabrina removes her earrings from her ears. When the rehearsal is over, she wants to talk to Larry and she gives her earrings to Kris. In the next scene, Sabrina talks to Larry and she wears earrings. (00:14:00 - 00:16:50)

Revealing mistake: The Angels have captured Vail in a parking lot. All the camera shots on Sabrina reveal a strange blue background, which seems very odd in a parking lot. (00:44:00)
Audio problem: Bosley is talking to Charlie on the phone. Charlie says "fine", but that's not John Forsythe's voice. (00:48:30)
Continuity mistake: Ernesto is wearing a red shirt and a brown jacket. The sleeves of the jacket are quite high up the arm, so that the sleeves of the shirt are visible. In the following close up shot, the sleeves of the jacket are not reversed, so the sleeves of the shirt are completely covered. (00:37:05)
Other mistake: Jill is riding a skateboard and she holds a little black bag in her left hand. In one shot, Jill's hand is empty and the next she is holding it again before throwing it at Kelly. (00:45:00)

Revealing mistake: When the naked Kris runs out of the nudist colony, you can see the white towel she is wearing. (00:18:47)
Character mistake: The character played by Cheryl Ladd is Kristine "Kris" Munroe, spelt with a U, not Monroe with an O. However, in the registration document in her car, the name is spelt with an O. (00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: In some shots, Jaclyn Smith wears earrings. In other shots, she doesn't. (00:24:00 - 00:38:25)
Continuity mistake: Look at Bosley's jacket. In some shots, the sleeve of the shirt comes out of the jacket. In others, it doesn't. (00:20:50)

Continuity mistake: Kris is in Arizona. However her car (Cobra II) is parked in front of the office. It is shown four times during the episode. It is even parked in different positions: sometimes it is in the centre (just in front of the main entrance), sometimes on the left, sometimes on the right. If Kris is not in LA, who is driving her car?
Answer: After going through a number of cast changes that failed to improve the show's slumping ratings, Tanya Roberts' character was added as "street-wise" former model. This was probably an effort to give a different and edgier character dimension to the show.
