NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service

Saviors - S13-E8

Revealing mistake: When Abby and Palmer tell Gibbs about General Gadet, Palmer notes that Ellie has been trying to find his last location, and Ellie replies, "Which I think I have and something more." Then Ellie walks over to Gibbs with her laptop to show him the NSA intel report about General Gadet. The problem is the first sentence of the NSA report reads, "Which I think I have and something more," which was Ellie's reply in the dialogue, and a few lines down are three paragraphs of nonsensical filler text. Blood Brothers - S13-E10

Revealing mistake: While Ellie and George are in the attic, Ellie uses her laptop to access contact info and gets Richard Doogan's DOD military service record. There's a closeup of the laptop screen as she begins to read aloud, but the problem is part of the paragraph reads, "And he's only a few hours away in Kansas..." and especially "I need to update Gibbs" which are Ellie's lines in the dialogue with her brother.
