Continuity mistake: Chris grabs the emeralds of Eggman and flees in a ship, Shadow shoots the ship down and Rouge grabs him. When Rouge flies Chris into the hole in the floor, Shadow looks down twice - once in the long shot, and again in the close-up.

Continuity mistake: The emerald is bigger than Knuckles hand, but when the scene cuts to the emerald, it is smaller.
Sonic's Running Wild! Capture Him! - S1-E24
Continuity mistake: Sonic runs past Knuckles who ends up catching a fish. In the side view he's wearing his normal mitten gloves, but in the next shot, a front view, he's wearing finger gloves.
Continuity mistake: When Chris is offering Sonic some cat food, the shape of the pellets changes according to the camera angle.
